What a great experience it was working with Lifetime! Miguel was amazing, his craftsmanship was top notch. He took the time to show me pictures of what was happening up on the roof, keeping me updated on the different phases of the project. He was very friendly and informative, always smiling (even though it was pouring rain the entire time!). Our repaired chimney and new cap look great…highly recommend.

With all the great reviews I thought we would be getting professional quality work done. Instead we got garbage. We had concrete work done on the crown and the guy dumped the remaining mix in my flower beds. Then he swept old concrete chunks off the roof into my backyard and gutters and left it there. We had to have them come back and add an extension to our chimney as the new wood burning stove didn’t have the correct draft and filled my house with smoke. And finally we had to have them come back to add a storm collar since the now 6 foot tall extension was dripping water onto the flat metal flashing causing an incessant drum like thumping every time it rained and we got the shoddy work shown in the pics. We have a nice house, not a fort in the woods and all this company has done is subtract value from our home. I’m incredibly disappointed with pretty much everything they did from start to finish. Save yourself the hassle and use a different chimney company.

Within a few hours of my initial contact, we had a site visit and an estimate for the scope of work that was a very reasonably priced. So far a wonderful experience. - Update: Mike returned as scheduled and cleaned out the creosote and went the extra mile to help clean out some bigger stuff that was beyond the usual scope of work. Would highly recommend this company for any future work, they were an absolute delight to work with and were actually less expensive than another quote I received.
