When a tree fell on my house, these guys were there within hours. They protected the house from further damage, got it repaired, and handled every detail with a great deal of attention. Well done!

There is no better restoration company in the Portland area. There are many companies that claim to provide similar services but none I trust more. They are a highly experienced team that operates with the highest integrity. I don't do Google reviews often but I didn't hesitate to provide this one.

They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, their customer service was A+, and they were very fast and efficient with the work! I would defiantly use them again if I encounter fire damage in the future. You wont be disappointed that you called them! Great Company!

A client recently had a flooding issue in his new home. It was during one of the ice storms and he didn't know where to turn. I immediately called Fire Industry Restoration Experts. They were on the phone to him in minutes making a plan to restore his home. My client has thanked me several times. He calls Clay, "...a stand up guy." Within a day work was already being done to dry out the home and a plan was put together so my client had a direction and a new expected move-in date. It doesn't have to involve a fire to have an honest company like this one put your life back together, which is what it feels like when your home is damaged.

Scott (PM) is a awesome person on top of the details at hand! Was a pleasure working with him and great communications thru a long process of installation from our side due to weather! He always worked well with the clients and feel proud for the opportunity to work with this company!

Photos of my house before and after a devastating fire are on their website. As a widow, I had to tackle this event "on my own." I was overwhelmed and in shock (and in pain, needing a hip replacement.) A good friend stepped in and was with me throughout the process and I was approached immediately by F.I.R.E. the day of the fire. They were fabulous in many ways: their kindness, their expertise, the contractor they assigned to me, the subcontractors who did the hard labor on the house, their flexibility, their approachability. The entire house had to gutted of all that was in it, as well as all the walls, etc. I essentially got a new home and I am thrilled with the results!!!

The expertise and care is beyond the best customer service I have ever received. A professional team beyond compare. Our lead John was in touch with us constantly throughout the process and always meet the time frames he gave us. They took the pain out of a terrible fire experience!

Greg was very responsive, timely and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure my client's (a buyer) concerns were investigated and addressed. He provided helpful information and uncovered additional items that were not discovered during the general inspection. If there is ever a need, I will for sure call on him again. I can not recommend him enough!

Fire Industry Restoration Experts remodeled the kitchen and restored the mud room [which had sunk 7 inches in one exterior corner] of our 105-year-old house. While updating electricity and plumbing and structure, they maintained the integrity, decor and charm of our historic bungalow home. We are delighted and routinely complimented with the lovely, practical results.
