Johnathan is friendly, efficient, and fair, and I really appreciate his willingness to help at a moment's notice despite his busy schedule. He performed a thorough inspection of my roof and attic, gave a full report, including pictures, and took the time for friendly banter. What a phenomenal first impression, and I am looking forward to working with him and his team in the future!

Integrity Roofing was a pleasure to work with. I had a minor leak this past winter and also ended up needing a roof replacement due to an aging, failing shingle system. I got multiple bids. One of the roofing companies tried to pressure me to act quickly, and offered to tarp the roof for an additional charge.

Integrity on the other hand was low pressure, and helpful. They made a temporary repair on the leak, and explained it would probably last for awhile, but they confirmed my shingles were failing and would need replacement soon. They explained my options and worked with me to find the right solution.

Integrity’s bid was lower than the competitors, and they did a great job on the project. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Had our entire roof replaced last december due to a bat infestation issue and this company was great to work with. They hauled away all of our cement tiles (bats love these) and replaced them with a composite tile while ensuring no further access to our attic was available. So far this winter/spring we’ve had a dry attic and zero bat sightings 🤞

This company did a great job for us

Integrity Roofing was quick to respond to my roof concerns, sending someone to inspect for damage to my attic vents. Finding a couple of them were damaged, they provided me with photos, honored the warranty on the vents, and replaced them all in the same day. Because of their prompt and efficient service, I highly recommend them.

Integrity roofing came in and did a great job for exactly what they said it would be. I am a painting contractor and have been on roofs my whole life. I would certainly endorse these folks. I think you could pay a lot more and get a lot less anyway thanks so much.

We recently had some leaks in our roof fixed as well as had additional venting added. They were very professional, super responsive and their pricing was competitive. I've already started recommending them to friends and neighbors as we had a very positive experience and plan on using them again in the future.

Jonathan Coody was the best roofer we have ever meet. My wife and I were concerned about peeling paint and wet spots in our attic. Jonathan scaled our extremely high pitched roof and took the time to inspect the entire roof. He suggested some minor patches and fixes which was the most refreshing thing to hear. We had other companies come through and suggest a full replacement of the roof. Thanks Integrity roofing for employing the best roofer we have ever met, Jonathan Coody.

We had Integrity roofing do a re-roof for us. (It wasn't leaking yet but it was 20 years old) They were really easy to work with. The estimator was thorough with his inspection. He walked the entire roof looking for potential damage. There quote was reasonable so we signed up. Once we they were on site, the job was finished in a couple days. It was obvious the crew had done many many roofs before ours and we were pleased with the final work. There were a couple things that needed to be cleaned up around our lot after the tearoff but they took care of those without any issues. Lastly, we were always able to get in touch with Andrew when we had questions throughout the process. I would use them again without hesitation.

Recently had a re-roof with Integrity that was completed on time and on budget. The estimating team was responsive and able to get us a quote quickly so we could make a decision before more damage was done.

Install was professional and they even helped repair some weather damaged facia boards so everything looks new.

Cleanup was timely and work inspected by Johnathan. When project was done he came out and walked me through the finished re-roof (as I know nothing about roofs) ensuring that all my questions were answered.

IRC was an amazing roofing company to work with. VP of operations Andrew Howell is extremely knowledgeable and organized. He provided us a detailed bid estimate with pictures explaining everything. His construction start date was also spot on. Onsite project construction manager Johnathan Coody was great to work with also. Very knowledgeable! He found and noted our incorrectly installed range hood and bathroom vent piping systems and also found a few water damaged plywood sheets during his pre-bid inspection in our attic. All this this extra work was provided upfront on our bid estimate. Johnathon's experienced roofing crew was amazing to watch. they were fast, precise and efficient. They tore off and replaced our roof swapping us out the the modern ridge venting system in a day and a half including all cleanup. I would highly recommend IRC.

IRC Integrity Roofing Company is a great company, run by knowledgeable leaders with a very strong team. I am very satisfied with my recent roof replacement and I cannot recommend working with Integrity enough. With gutters and a skylight replacement installed in the same time period that the roof was installed, we are thrilled with the quality and performance of our new roof from Integrity.

So thankful for Integrity Roofing. They've made a wave through our community of 5-6 year old homes servicing and repairing all the roofs. Everyone has been impressed - timely, organized, tons of photos to show what they're doing since we sure can see what's going on up there. I will hire them again in a few years to service my roof going forward.
