5 Stars - Exceptional Service and Expertise!

I had an amazing experience with Chance Elite Climate Control team! They completely revamped the ductwork in my basement, which made a huge difference in the airflow to my second floor — it’s never been more comfortable up there. Not only did they correct the mistakes left behind by the last contractor, but they also serviced my heating and cooling unit with great care and attention to detail.

The technicians was extremely knowledgeable and shared a ton of helpful information throughout the process. The entire experience was professional, pleasant, and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Elite Climate Control if you want the job done right!

They are one of the honest ones! Explain the whole process to me even for someone who doesn’t understand how it works. I understood what they were saying very reliable and showed up when they said they were going to show up with 100% recommend.

I recently had a dual fuel system installed in my home by Elite, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their expertise and professionalism. I had done a TON of research ahead of time and knew generally what I wanted in my whole-system replacement. The owner came out to verify that what I wanted would work in my home, then I got on their schedule.

On the day of install, the crew worked efficiently while being considerate of my home and family. They were courteous, cleaned up thoroughly after the job, and took the time to explain how the system would optimize my home’s heating and cooling efficiency. Overall a bunch of really cool dudes who work hard!

I was especially pleased that they were able to replace my dryer vent while on the same job, saving me time and hassle. Their attention to detail, willingness to answer all my questions, and commitment to following up will make me a repeat customer when it comes time for service.

Highly recommend these guys! They were able to get us in quick and did a great job on our new AC and Furnace. They also offer flexible 3rd party financing options.

Chance and his crew did a great job. They came when they said they would and finished sooner than they expected. It's a great system and works really well. All this at a great price- he beat the estimates I received. Elite will be my choice for all my HVAC services in the future.

Chance and his team far exceeded our expectations. They thoroughly explained the process of installing the new furnace and air conditioning system and answered all of our many questions. At contract, we were fully educated on our purchase. The installations were quick and painless. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. Chance also went the extra mile to provide us with two portable air conditioning units to keep us cool until installation of our new systems. We highly recommend Elite Climate Control. They're the best!

Chance, Michael, and the guys with Elite Climate Control took great care of us. We couldn’t be more appreciative of their quick assistance and ability to get our heat working in time for the cold weather. Our entire house needed units and the prior person we used messed up a few things that these guys then proceeded to fix for us.. Thank you guys for being so on top of it and making it happen for us!!

I never leave reviews but honestly Chance and the guys deserve the recognition! Chance is great to work with, honest, and competitively priced. The crew was professional and efficient. I strongly recommend Elite Climate Control for your HVAC needs!

I can’t recommend Elite Climate Control enough! My furnace broke, and they were out promptly, on time, and did an amazing job. Super dependable, professional, and truly great service. And I love that’s it’s a small family owned company. Love them, 5 stars all the way!

Had a great experience with Elite Climate Control. We dealt with nonstop issues with our system after buying our new home, and after technician after technician, it felt like nothing was ever truly resolved. Elite Climate Control was a breath of fresh air. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to properly diagnose and fix the root of the problem rather than rely on quick fixes. The techs explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure the system was running perfectly before leaving. We finally feel confident in our HVAC system and couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with this HVAC company. They were extremely thorough in diagnosing the issue, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. Nick was reliable, showed up on time, and worked quickly and efficiently without cutting corners. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work, which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find contractors who are this dependable and professional — I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.

We 100% recommend the Elite Heating and Cooling Co. This company has integrity in their work. They replaced a heat pump and furnace in our home.
The team arrived on time, they were clean, professional and courteous from start to finish. Their teamwork was impressive.
They beat the pricing their competitors we had come out to give us an estimate too. The system is working perfectly efficient.
Thank you very much for a job well done!

We had our heating and AC mini split (3 units) installed by Elite Climate Control and couldn’t be happier. From the initial estimate to the final walkthrough, everything was handled professionally and on time. The installers were knowledgeable, respectful of our home, and explained the system clearly. The work area was left clean, and the system runs perfectly. Highly recommend them for anyone needing HVAC installation. They will be getting our heat pump business when we are ready for a replacement. Thanks Elite Climate Control!
