Oxbow is the way to go! After trying two other companies and being completely dissatisfied with their service, Oxbow got the job done and saved the day!

Our townhouse has a Daikin split unit that was installed by Sky and they did a very shotty job including not registering any of our parts and units.. We didn't trust Sky to do any of the maintenance and repairs since they wanted to keep up charging.

We called Apollo because I knew them by reputation and they seemed like the sound choice. Apollo came and serviced our units. After 1 week from the service our unit completely stopped working. We called Apollo, they came out and said it was a code read error, reset it, charged us and left. 2 hours later the units stopped working with the same issue. It took us a week of calls to Apollo to get them to come back out and look at it. They did not fix it, instead offered us a crazy high quote for multiple possibilities. We spent weeks trying to get in touch with our technician with questions and help only to be continuously ghosted.

Finally I gave up and thought I would try my luck with Oxbow! They were AWESOME! They squeezed us in quickly. Found the problem immediately, offered us a fair quote and was able to get the repairs done within the week.

My infant, toddler, husband and mother thank you! We are so happy to have our heat working again during this insanely cold season.

Don't bother with anyone else. Oxbow will take care of it!

Our heat went out at the start of a cold streak. A tech was available next day and took care of the problem quickly and easily - no new parts required to get our heat working! Tech was knowledgeable, on time and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Had awful service with Sky and Apollo. So happy Oxbow came through for us!

They aren't the cheapest but I would rather pay more for exceptional service than poor service. Amazing technicians. Kind, respectful and I felt safe with them in my home.

Our technician was excellent. He was friendly, respectful of the home/property, and patiently explained each step for me. The communication with the company was good as they emailed confirmations of appointments, estimates, receipts, and were also easily available by phone. A great local company to support if you have any needs.

I was surprised Oxbow Heating and Cooling was able to have someone come check out our broken furnace so quickly. It is Christmas Eve today! Bryant was terrific. He explained everything to me that was wrong with the furnace. He came back at the exact time he promised with the part needed. He was very professional and kind. I'm thrilled to have the furnace back running again and it's so much quieter than it ever was. I appreciate this business and would recommend it to others.

Had an amazing experience from start to finish on an HVAC. Dustin Wilson handled the planning and bid and it was professional, straight forward but not pushy, and no hidden costs. Everything was exactly how he said it would be all the way until completion. He worked with me to figure out the best options and once we finalized the bid he had guys out the next day and it was done in the 2 days he said it would be. Luis and Ethan did the install and to no surprise were just as professional, punctual, and the work was completed with quality. 10/10 recommend them for HVAC and will use them for any future plans.

We are VERY happy with the service and price we received through Oxbow. They showed up on time for the quote and for the install days and were very nice and polite. We got a new furnace and added on AC at the same time and it was totally reasonable. Great team of people working there!
