They canceled their service appointments twice in the same week, then failed to call me back to schedule a new appointment, as I was told by the representative.

I never actually got to speak to a human. after spending 5 minutes going down the the automated rabbit hole I finally hung up

Waited 3 weeks for the appointment date. Took the day off of work because the appointment time is between 8am and 5pm. At 12:30pm....yhe day of the appointment,I got a call telling me the appointment is being canceled and if I would like to reschedule in 2 more weeks. Needless to say I said no. I try and call Sears back and talk to someone and the call will not go through. Never again Sears!

Dale did great... but the 2 months from first phone call til the switch was installed was a frustrating 8 weeks.. for that Ill give you a one n a half...
