Tried to use this business. The call sent me to some call center which wanted a bunch of personal info.
I was hoping to use a local small business but the initial impression is that they are not.
I’ll try somewhere else.

We just moved to a new home location that had at least 10 trees and bushes that were overgrown. Ed and his team did an amazing job of removal and pruning. Far exceeded our expectations. As some trees were removed it uncovered other items that needed to be pruned. They had no problem in adapting to the changing requirements. Having the actual owner of the company on site doing the work makes a huge difference. Overall they were far superior to numerous tree services we have used in the past.

It couldn’t have gone better. Ed was communicative and helpful on the phone leading up to the job. He was able to fit us into his schedule quickly and the work was top notch for a very good price.

Over the years I have used Ed’s Arbor Care for various needs, from my weeping Japanese Maple to a giant tree removal. The crew is great! And Ed’s is so reasonable! He’s an arborist, not just a “tree service”. I absolutely recommend him.

INCREDIBLY CLEAN! Very polite and respectful! Interacted with my kids, and brought a full crew. I appreciated the full crew, because they cleaned as they pruned, and they were able leave my yard immaculate. They raked everything up (even the branches from the trees they didn't work on), offered to leave the chips, and most importantly, they made my yard safe for my kids. Winter was rough and my goal was to make my trees look healthy again and to make sure my kids could play safely. They did exactly that and more! 10/10. I HIGHLY recommend them!

SERIOUSLY, LOOK NO FURTHER!!!!
I called Ed's Arbor care in my pursuit to get my yard over-hauled from the overgrown 70's look to a fresh slate where I could create a fresh new look.. Ed not only answered the phone (the 2 other companies I tried, I just left a message) but he was in the neighborhood and asked if he could come by for a look and general bid. He showed up and literally was the nicest guy, just like a great next door neighbor and I soon found out his whole team was just as nice. I had no doubt I wanted Ed and his company to do the job. We set a date and not only did they knock out the job, which consisted of complete hedge removal, a shorter hedge removal, large oak tree thinned out,several overgrown bushes, rhodies, and other odd overgrown bushes in my front yard but they did it in record time and pinpoint accuracy. We also added quite a bit of extras after the fact that were no problem for this team to do. They also REMOVED every bit of evidence they were even here. AMAZING clean up after the fact!!
The stump grinder crapped out but a week later, here comes Ed and another guy to finish the job they weren't able to get done that day and finished it up.
While here the first time, my neighbors across the street were so impressed they hired the crew that same day to clean out some very large trees. My next door neighbor got a bid and 2 days later another neighbor came to our house to get the name and phone number of this AMAZING local company!!! Did I mention REASONABLE rates??? Well they ARE!!!
If you can't tell that I HIGHLY recommend this company I will say it again...LOOK NO FURTHER the answer to all your yard needs is ED'S ARBOR CARE!!!! Very reliable, Great prices and returned every single one of my calls in a timely manner....CALL THEM!!!

Ed and his team were incredible. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they even cleaned up extra debris. He was reasonably priced, honest, and great to work with. We look forward to giving him more business in the future!

We had multiple large (50-75') pine trees in our backyard that we wanted out because I felt they were unsafe, and they were making a huge mess. Jason from Ed's Arbor Care came out and did the initial inspection and quote for the removal. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and did everything he could to keep the cost as low as possible. He offered a couple different options with different price-points, and ultimately came in under a local competitor in terms of cost, and was definitely more helpful and personable.

He followed up with me multiple times between the bid and the day of the removal to ensure all our questions were answered and that all our concerns were addressed. Jason and his team arrived on schedule the day of the removal and worked hard and efficiently all day long to safely remove all the trees.

In addition to the removal, they cleaned up the site as best as possible, and even cleared out a decent amount of debris that had been in our yard for longer than I care to mention, at no extra cost. The trees were surrounded by power lines, fences, houses, and sheds, and not one piece of property was damaged.

I would certainly recommend their services to anyone in need of a friendly, professional group of guys to assist them with any tree-related needs (I can't speak to the landscaping aspect, but I imagine they do a great job there, as well).
