Had a good experience with Bear Property Services. They communicated at a high level and earned this review when they came back a second time to spray our roof for moss removal after the first spraying didn't kill all the moss.

Bear Property Service did an outstanding job! Professional, reliable, and very easy to work with from start to finish. Communication was clear, they showed up on time, and the quality of their work exceeded expectations. Highly recommend Bear Property Service to anyone looking for dependable and high-quality property services.

Max and his crew did a great job cleaning my gutters! I highly recommend this company to anyone in the Portland metro area.

Awesome work, received a better job than promised!
Roof looked brand new after the job, highly recommend, these are professionals

It was great working with bearpropertyservices! Maxsim was quick to respond to my inquiries and schedule my appointment. He showed up on time and did the pressure washing job with industrial strength equipment but not to harsh to damaged my aging driveway. I will definitely hire him again!

Pressure washed my entry way, driveways, and sidewalks. Did a great job, and Nik was very friendly and polite. Price was fair, work was timely.

Paid this wonderful crew to install my yearly Christmas lights and they did such a great job! Will definitely be coming back next year! Plus I got an additional $100 off, what a steal! If you need lights this year, or even plan on getting some installed next year, this is the right crew to handle your home!
