After researching many local heating and cooling services, we chose All American Heat and Air Conditioning to replace a furnace and add A/C in our home. From the first time we met All American’s team, we found their employees to have a high level of service. Everyone was wonderful to work with. They offered to wear masks… which was important to us. They installed our furnace, they cleaned up well and were professional in all interactions. The final billing was in line with their estimate.
We chose All American because of their good local reputation and their high ratings and reviews. They were recommended to us by others who had used this company. All American delivered the product they promised. Before, during and after the process, they earned our trust. They were professional and we were very happy with the outcome.
To sum up our experience, we would highly recommend All American to anyone needing this type of service. We would definitely use them again.

Our family has used All American Heating for years. The technician usually sent out to our family home is Red, an absolutely outstanding representative for the company. He is very personable and goes out of his way to make sure we are completely happy with each visit!

Very friendly staff that kept me informed every step of the way. Even though they were already busy with other jobs on the books they managed to work us in to replace our complete unit. Have zero hesitation referring All American Heating & Cooling. Very professional.

The worst experience of my life..2017 I had them install an $8+k Carrier unit..at the beginning they came out every time to fix it.. actually replaced board cause installed evidently wrong and water killed it... every fall I would turn on heat and it would not work...they would fix it but I paid...then in summer I would turn on AC and again break so they had to fix it..we tried changing filters every month..had ppl check for brownouts.... finally this year they wanted 2k more.... I called the best after that and Bruce AC has taken over....think they were surprised to see All American placed plastic bag over the unit.... it's finally putting out AC...8/11... I asked for a printout of every service call but have never received anything..... I should preface this with I was a widow and in late 70s.. truly hope that was not the case.... also since we have many pivots on the farm..if major brownouts pivots would automatically shut down.....

Couldn’t ever get them to call me with any updates or information. They even turned down the job but didn’t bother to tell me until I called and asked. The lady I got ahold of talked about the wrong address until I corrected her on that too. Freaked me out that the project was impossible or dangerous until I called another guy with over 20 years experience. He didn’t look bothered by the project at all, walked me through what needed to be done and got it done right the first time with professionalism.

This company not only had lousy customer service but seemed unable to handle a simple job. Not wasting my time calling them (repeatedly) anymore.

Gave one price on the phone (reason I scheduled) then they show up & do the work. Suggest a cleaner product that I agreed to & knew it would be more for the product. Then they use my hose but dont put it back & then take 35 minutes to write the bill & its 3+ times the amount. After they still sit in my driveway for 20 more minutes (creeping me out).
I call & the person who gave me the price now goes back on her word

I used this company due to the great reviews but never again.
I also spoke with another company & they agreed it was over charged & not normal business practices

Reached out for quote on new Carrier heat pump. No call,email, nothing. Bought elsewhere.
