Excellent service from the get go, From Scott Bishop showing us our options and giving us our quote to the installers doing clean and efficient work answering all of our questions and finally the girls in the office who were always pleasant to deal with.
We liked our Heat Pump experience so much we had them replace our water the following week.

I had a system new installation in a building for$11,000 and it doesn't work. It didn't cool evenly. Eastern Oregon tells me I didn't give them enough information. It only has one air return for 5 separate rooms and the airflow is uneven and the temperature is uneven. They want another $9000 to fix it. From my first phone call immediately after installation I suggested it needs more returns. Everyone else I talked to says it needs more returns. They claim it's my fault I didn't give them enough information. I am very disappointed. We can fix it if you almost double the original quote.
