The installation team did a wonderful job with our two new systems. They were informative and efficient. The office staff were helpful and supportive.

Excellent service from the get go, From Scott Bishop showing us our options and giving us our quote to the installers doing clean and efficient work answering all of our questions and finally the girls in the office who were always pleasant to deal with.

We liked our Heat Pump experience so much we had them replace our water the following week.

I have used them for years for HVAC services. I have the Spring and Fall service agreement and I have found it to be an excellent value. If My system needed out of town parts, they obtained and installed them within 36 hours. Very happy with the people and service.

Eastern Oregon Heating and Air installed and maintains our mini-split unit. They are always professional and knowledgeable. The technicians communicate well - both about arrival times and the status of our system. I definitely would recommend them for any HVAC needs!

Excellent service and accountable to their own work. I had them come to service the hvac unit in July. Paid $300 total. When it was time to turn on the heat the furnace wasn’t lighting. Scheduled another appointment and it turns out the grounding wire was not reconnected from the previous service they did in July. They fixed it, did a brief cleaning and service, and gave me a new air filter; charged $0 this time abound. I’m pleased with their communication and help.

From the first phone call, sales call, scheduling, to install. Our entire experience was pleasant . And in an era where customer service seems to be dead they are professional and doing what they said they would do. They went the extra mile to get the new unit for install to insure our available install date met.

Our AC wasn’t working right, so one of the guys came out to fix it. It only took him about 30 minutes from start to finish approximately. He was very professional, polite, courteous and friendly . He did an excellent job. Our AC works again as it should. Thank you so much for being able to fix it. We will definitely call you if it breaks down again. I highly recommend them.

Ron was timely, knowledgeable, and explained things so I could understand what was a priority to take care of and what could wait. I just bought a 1942 house that has an old 1995 oil furnace in so he had his work cut out for him.

The man who came to fix our furnace was so kind, hard working and on time! They are thorough and I always feel safe with their technicians! The secretary was so nice and helpful…it really helped take the sting out of a stressful situation. Wonderful people, wonderful company.

Had a service person come out when we woke up and our a/c was not cooling. Service was expedient and in no time it was blowing cold air again. We are repeat customers because of this.

I had a general winter maintenance performed on my furnace and gas fireplace, which resulted in my requesting to have a blower installed on my fireplace. From working with Ashley on my scheduling to Brian performing the work I was very happy with my experience.

Ron came in to fix another company's mess up. When we are ready to replace in 6 months we will definitely be calling to have eastern oregon heating and air conditioning to do the job. Solid job and very honest
