He picked up the new:used washer, installed, and took away the old washer. He took time to give instructions about using the new:used washer. A Best Appliance Repair is The Best!

Called this place because my refrigerator thermostat was sticking. Gentleman who answered was helpful in two ways:

First, he actually called me back after he told me he had several customers to help in his store.

Second, he diagnosed my issue over the phone and was super honest by telling me I could get the part cheaper thru Sears, and offered to give me the part number.

I ended up ordering the part off amazon and replacing myself. Fixed my problem, refrigerator working perfectly!

I absolutely love these folks! More than once they have come through and saved the day when other people told me that they couldn't help at all

He even got the part in before he had originally estimated, and accelerated our repair date. What a guy!

I am over the moon with the service, affordability, and professionalism from A Best Appliance. They were able to repair a non-draining washer, replace the damaged pump, and get us up and running next day. We have used A Best for repairs in the past with great results. Currently I have a semi-older model Sears Kenmore Elite Induction range that is out of warranty, out of stock for parts, out of everything not being made but I love it. The glass in the door burst. Mike diligently called around and through a connection that goes to auctions, found a used door that fits perfectly. I had given up hope when I got the text that they had found one for half the price we said we’d pay. I’m so impressed by how he did not let this drop and he followed through. Thank you Mike!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service from Zach at Fix Pros. He originally came out to install a new garbage disposal for me and did a great job. I then had him look at my microwave door to see if he could fix it. While doing so he noticed the glass on the front of my microwave door has come loose and spent over an hour troubleshooting a way to fix it. He finally did and saved me from having to purchase a new unit. Zach of Fix Pros will be my first call for any appliance repairs I might have in the future.

Today I encountered a personable, honest, and competent appliance repair guy. Zach at FixPro runs his own business and had my dishwasher back in service a couple hours after I called. He could've sold me expensive parts and made busywork for himself, but he found a clogged elbow, cleaned it, and was out the door in half an hour, charging minimally. Highly recommended.
