Every aspect of working with them was excellent. Freddy came right out and gave us a quote that was very reasonable. His crew arrived on time and went right to work. They did a great job cleaning our roof and then moved on to pressure washing our driveway, sidewalks and front and back patios. They went above and beyond our expectations. I had 4 bids on my roof. Aloha Pressure Washing-Roofing was my 3rd bid. I called Freddie and he answered right away. He came that evening to give us a bid. He knows a lot about roofing. He is a straight shooter. I asked all kinds of questions. He was able to answer all of them. He even told me how to make my roof meet current code. His price is great for a licensed and bonded roofer. I even checked his business license and it's totally legitimate. My roof looks great. I had him come back later for additional fee and pressure washed all the cement and driveways and even large landscape rocks around my house ( I have 18 rocks). I thought he had missed a rock. He came out that very day ready to get the job done and it was my mistake. He was very nice about it. I wouldn't hesitate to use Freddie again or give his name out to friends. He knows what he's doing. Go and get other bids you'll learn a lot but I bet you'll come back to Freddie.

Freddy and his crew have been caring for our roof for 20+ years. We knew that we wanted them to replace our roof and they did not disappoint! Freddy showed us all of our options and once we chose, he started the project with in 2 days. 3 days later we have a beautiful new roof! They showed up early every day and worked until dark. Everything was cleaned up every day and they made sure we could easily go in and out of our house. They were all very friendly and went above and beyond! We hired Freddy and his crew in May of 2025, and within 6 days they came, tore off the old roof, and replaced the roof with all of the detail of an expert company who knows exactly what they are doing. If a problem arises, they address it and fix it promptly. Freddie replaced our roof in October, 2022. After getting five bids from roofing companies, Freddie, the owner, was the most reasonably priced and made us feel comfortable trusting him to do the job right. He was very thorough in his explanations and offered options that suited our needs. We needed to replace our gutters and he did that too. He actually works with his crew on the job, so he's available to answer any questions during installation. The crew was friendly and accommodating and always cleaned up the site at the end of the workday. We are EXTREMELY happy with the work and will continue to work with Freddie for annual pressure washing and gutter cleaning. Be sure to give Freddie a chance to bid on your next roof!!

Freddy was wonderful from start to finish. I was in a time crunch with the end of the inspection period on my new home just days away. Freddy came out to do a same day estimate and performed the work just two days later.

He cleaned the entire roof, all the gutters and applied a moss treatment. He gave us peace of mind that the roof is in good condition and plenty of before and after pictures. We were very impressed.

We look forward to hiring Aloha Pressure Washing for all of our future roof cleaning and repair needs.

I highly recommend. We found water dripping from our bathroom vent during a recent storm. We called Aloha pressure washing and roofing, Freddy came out 2 hours later. He found the source of the leak and went onto the roof during the pouring rain to repair. He also found 2 vents (plastic) were cracked wide open and exposed to the elements. He made the leak repair and replaced the damaged plastic vents with metal ones. He also checked the other vents and sealed where he thought there was issues. All this during the storm. So impressed that we asked him to replace the remaining plastic vents with metal and he completed the task just recently.

I am a small business owner so I pay attention to the details of a project from beginning to end. I am impressed! Excellent communication, hard working and efficient crew who cleaned up any overspray and did a great job pressure washing my driveway and cleaning gutters. Freddy and Aloha pressure washing has serviced my house a few different time. In addition to pressure washing - Freddy and his team is great for gutter cleaning/ maintenance as well as roofing!

Freddy came by to clean our gutters which were way overdue - we also had a roof leak resulting from an aged cedar roof. He cleaned the gutters and gave us a free estimate. He also repaired the leak to get through the rain storms while we got other quotes for a new roof.

Freddy quote couldn't be beat. I had 5 other local roofers come by and give me a like-for-like estimate. While I was initially worried about going with the lowest bid - I'm glad I did. Freddy was transparent and honest through the whole process. Communication was always timely. I never had to question or wonder what the next steps were or when someone would show up to do the job.

I first met Freddy 20 years ago when he was working on my neighbor’s roof. In the years since, Freddy has been to my home a couple of times to inspect and recommend options for my former cedar shake roof. Each time I called, he came promptly and jumped up on the roof to inspect and review the situation, giving me no-nonsense advice and estimates. When it was time to replace the entire roof in October ’24, I received four bids, and not surprisingly, Freddy was very competitive on price for a big job on a complex (and steep-pitched) roof. We noticed a leak in our roof on a Wednesday evening due to some very old solar panels. We called Aloha Pressure Washing and Roofing as well as 2 other companies. Freddy was at our house the next day to provide options. Since he gave us the best quote, we decided to go with Aloha to replace our roof. They were there Friday morning, ready to start. Freddy and his crew worked all through the weekend to fix our roof; by Sunday evening, they were finished. We now have a beautifully done new roof, along with new vents and fascia boards — and no more solar panels! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
