From calling to scheduling and the work itself - everything from West Side Drain was perfect. I’ve been having an issue in my house for about 6 years - I’ve been feeling mold exposed in my kitchen even though we clean the p-trap and use enzymes. Wyatt came today to do a full house clean out (all drains) and to hydro jet the sewer line. He found a huge glob of goo (animal fat and food particles) in the clean out under the kitchen sink - a place we wouldn’t be able to clean without special tools. I’m sure this is the culprit of my mold exposure and I am so glad it’s gone! Wyatt was very professional and friendly and didn’t mind me asking a bunch of nerdy questions. He showed up right on time and offered to take his shoes off too! I am so impressed with this company and I’m so glad I found them!

Callec when my septic starting acting up. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and over communicative throughout the process. Very impressed overall, will use them again.

Adam did not give up until he was able to crack the code on a mystery drain issue. He ascertained what was causing the issues and made recommendations for obtaining the best result. He explained the problem with a camera and video and answered all questions. Adam was very professional and polite. He represented himself and West Side Drain and Septic very well. West Side Drain saved the day again for us. We had a couple drains backing up in one of our corporate rentals right after a guest moved in. Doug was able to get a team out to me the next morning. Westside Drainage & Septic (Doug) was very responsive and did an excellent job to identify the initial issue with our sewer line connection. Today Doug came back to reinstall our toilet. I would highly recommend the services of Westside, and specifically Doug!

I spent countless hours trying to clean out a kitchen garbage disposal drain. Fruitless. West Side came and resolved the problem promptly. The professional spent considerable time educating on how best to manage this area and pointed out the PROS and CONS of its use. PLEASED we WERE and ARE.

I would highly recommend West Side Drain…professional, prompt, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They cleared a backup in our septic system, diagnosed the problem and fixed it all in a timely manner.

These guys are amazing. Our septic tank started overflowing. We called them. They came out the same day, emptied the tank, put a camera in to find that something was clogging in the leach line little did we know our kids put three pinecones into a clean out spot, causing an overflow.

The guys are knowledgeable they help answer some questions I have about caring for our system. They were efficient at the job. As much as it sucks when there's a problem they're who I want fixing the issue.
