From calling to scheduling and the work itself - everything from West Side Drain was perfect. I’ve been having an issue in my house for about 6 years - I’ve been feeling mold exposed in my kitchen even though we clean the p-trap and use enzymes. Wyatt came today to do a full house clean out (all drains) and to hydro jet the sewer line. He found a huge glob of goo (animal fat and food particles) in the clean out under the kitchen sink - a place we wouldn’t be able to clean without special tools. I’m sure this is the culprit of my mold exposure and I am so glad it’s gone! Wyatt was very professional and friendly and didn’t mind me asking a bunch of nerdy questions. He showed up right on time and offered to take his shoes off too! I am so impressed with this company and I’m so glad I found them!
Callec when my septic starting acting up. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and over communicative throughout the process. Very impressed overall, will use them again.
Adam did not give up until he was able to crack the code on a mystery drain issue. He ascertained what was causing the issues and made recommendations for obtaining the best result. He explained the problem with a camera and video and answered all questions. Adam was very professional and polite. He represented himself and West Side Drain and Septic very well. With me they did not behave honestly they cleaned the wrong septic tank , They had history of the cervix of the septic tanks did not arrive at the indicated time and cleaned a 1500 gallon pit that had less than a year of averce installed They showed little professionalism by informing me of the duration for the filling and service of the ceptic tank
Adam was very responsive and communicated well about the problem, the process he was using to correct the problem and future options. All in all a very professional experience. I am very pleased with the service provided by West Side.
