First Call is amazing! Our septic pump failed over the weekend and backed up into our shop. Booked a next day appointment online; simple and easy.
A technician diagnosed the issue, and within 30 minutes we have a whole crew working to get it fixed. Fast, efficient and cost less than I expected. -

Ronnie and the First Call Team hit a home run again. We had a failed pump and heavy rain. Ronnie took my call and had a team out the next morning to get the pump replaced after. pump down. We have relied on First Call since the first time we called (similar situation). Great communication by everyone. Excellent service. Top notch work. On time every time. Fair pricing.
