Jairo was so professional, conscientious and thorough on my air conditioner- checking it, cleaning it and making sure it will be working well in the summer!

I cannot recommend Jairo at McDowell & Son highly enough! He recently came out to service our heat pump in the Gorge, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. I had been dealing with a specific issue that other technicians couldn't quite pin down, but Jairo diagnosed the problem almost immediately.

He was incredibly professional, punctual, and transparent about the necessary repairs. Not only did he get the system back up and running in a timely manner, but he also took the time to explain how to maintain it properly to avoid future issues. It’s clear that Jairo takes great pride in his work and truly knows his craft.

If you are looking for a skilled, honest, and efficient technician, ask for Jairo and McDowell & Son. Five-star service all the way!
