My furnace was making a funny noise that my wife picked up and he looked at it and I needed to have a part replaced and he did that along with my routine furnace maintenance. This review is dated September 29, 2025. Looking forward to seeing one of your great specialists out here next spring for my AC maintenance. Best to all, Ken And Suzanne Lease Matt also came out to my house today on December 1 for my routine fall cleaning of my furnace. He did a great job and explained everything to me and we discussed when to do routine maintenance on both my AC unit which also was by A&E. Ken L.     AC issues in heat wave. Quick response in scheduling and tech Matt was efficient, knowledgeable and caring! Issue identified and part replacements were sourced and installed by Matt! All on a warranty provided by previous installer. Also thanks to Jackie and scheduling staff for quick responses and appts! Highly recommend!

    Our air conditioner quit on Friday, a record heat day. A&E was able to find an appointment for us on Monday morning. Matt White called and was able to come an hour early. He put on shoe covers and began work. He pretty quickly identified the issue and fixed it. He recommended getting a dehumidifier. I showed him our dehumidifier that had not worked for several years. He fixed that too! I have never been so relieved and happy with a repair of any kind.
