Matt was awesome. He showed up at the arranged time. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. There wasn't any mess to clean up. He did his work in about an hour.

Scheduling was easy and shortly before the scheduled appointment I received a text letting me know the tech was on his way. It included a picture of the tech and a short bio.
The tech was great. He took time to explain things and answer my questions.

Really nice guy, explained everything and did a great job. My furnace was making a funny noise that my wife picked up and he looked at it and I needed to have a part replaced and he did that along with my routine furnace maintenance. This review is dated September 29, 2025. Looking forward to seeing one of your great specialists out here next spring for my AC maintenance.

Matt also came out to my house today on December 1 for my routine fall cleaning of my furnace. He did a great job and explained everything to me and we discussed when to do routine maintenance on both my AC unit which also was by A&E. Ken L.
