I reached out to them late on a Friday afternoon and a technician, Jack, was at our house first thing Saturday morning. He spent several hours identifying and fixing the problem, which turned out to be a combination of adjusting the 'charge' (I think this is the amount of coolant?) and repairing a hole in some duct work. This was done free of charge as Jack admitted it was their 'issue' to fix. I'm leaving my rating as 5-stars because these guys did whatever it took to provide us with warm air. I can't remember the last time I said, 'Ugh, it's so cold in here'... something we said daily before getting these two new heaters. We've been enjoying a warm and cozy home ever since.
