jack and kingston arrived punctually to fulfill the warranty service for the replacement of a damaged condensate pan on our heat pump's air handler. they clearly explained their planned course of action and had every necessary tool for the task at hand, even including shoe covers. the freon line set was situated too near to the access door, so they needed to carefully loosen the connections. during this process, it became apparent that replacing the uv bulb could prove challenging, so jack ingeniously altered the access panel and elevated the line set to facilitate future bulb replacements. both gentlemen were extremely professional and courteous throughout the procedure, and they were open to my observations and inquiries. jack and kingston are truly invaluable to their team. keep up the excellent work!
