Ezra, the technician, arrived right on time and got started right away. He quickly found out the thermostat was the problem and explained my options in a clear, honest way. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need, he suggested I get my existing thermostat replaced under its manufacturer warranty. He even set up the system to bypass the thermostat temporarily, so I could still use my AC by switching it on and off at the breaker until the replacement arrived. Ezra also took the time to show me how to connect the new thermostat once it got here. I really appreciated his helpful attitude and the effort he put into making sure I understood everything.
