mitchell, who runs Thomas & Sons Heating & Cooling, showed up promptly and even made a return trip after I set up some smart thermostats. He's got a tight-knit team of skilled ac repair pros working alongside him. He estimated my ac repair job at about $100, but even after two visits, he wouldn't take a dime from me, even though I insisted and tried to hand him cash. I'm not exactly sure how he profits, but it's clear that this is a reliable guy who's ready to lend a hand to those in need. I'll be using his services for sure in the years to come. I'm the type of customer who feels compelled to pay for work done and services rendered, and I'm a bit surprised, but definitely feel fortunate, especially since we've just moved into a house in West Linn that's been neglected. Appreciate your help more than you can imagine, mitchell!

i've hired thomas & sons hvac twice, and both times, they've gone above and beyond my expectations. when the weather in west linn was freezing, i had to call them. caleb arrived on a saturday and identified the issue but couldn't procure the part until the following workday. i had no choice but to use a space heater to stay warm. on monday, caleb returned and got my hvac system up and running again. the cost i incurred was significantly lower than his initial estimate, which was fantastic. these guys don't inflate prices or replace parts that aren't broken or worn out. i would endorse them without hesitation! for all my hvac requirements, i'll rely on them.

Caleb was quite adept at dealing with ac repair tasks. He not only showcased his technical capabilities, but also proved to be a joy to interact with. Caleb showed up promptly in West Linn and speedily accomplished the ac repair. He took the initiative to explain his process and even informed me about some precautionary measures to prevent future problems. The icing on the cake was finding out that Jesse, the office manager, played bass in a band I really love! I even got the chance to have a conversation with him. I would wholeheartedly recommend Caleb and his team! You're guaranteed to be pleased, I assure you!
