Our a/c went out one warm Sunday evening. We called Watts at 9:30 PM to leave a voicemail and someone was still working! Becky promised to do everything she could to get us on the Monday schedule. She did and Michael the technician took over. Excellent communication along the way to a repair job that was professionally completed. Thanks again.

Again I am well pleased with Watts Heating & Cooling. This time for furnace repair (although this is not finished because the part had to be ordered but with their track record, I am confident that It will happen) and gas water heater maintenance. Employees are very nice, scheduling well managed, all in all good service.
