Awesome service! In the past when I’ve called electricians they can be condescending when I ask questions. Kim is very knowledgeable and was respectful when I had questions about how things worked. She was attentive to all concerns and fixed every problem. Totally a keeper!

I had a great experience working with Balanced Electric to upgrade my standby generator, replace my main panel and install a new sub-panel. Along the way they noticed that a GFCI outlet had failed and replaced it. Every employee I worked with was incredibly skilled, kind and a straight shooter. They did excellent work, explained everything along the way and they did a great job coordinating with subcontractors for trenching, the local utility and the county as needed. I highly recommend them to anyone in their service area.

I have had a wonderful experience with this company. I believe two women are at the helm with journeymen helping out.
They are super-competent, friendly, clear communicators and did a wonderful job after the ice storm took down our electric and pulled our box from the wall. Totally knew what they were doing!

My husband and I are so glad to have found Balanced Electric. Last year they installed a Generac and did the electric work on our ductless heat/air conditioner that Climatize put in. We cannot be more pleased with their professionalism. We love their personalities and feel like we have known them forever. We will continue to call them for any future work. Zac from Balanced Electric came out to service our Generac generator and did a fantastic job. He was detail-oriented and explained many details unknown to us as the Generac came with the purchase of our home. He takes great pride in his work, and his excellent customer service skills are very appreciated. We will be using them again yearly.

The guy who came out messed up the wiring worse than it had been,and left without saying anything about having, cut off power to a large part of our house and outdoor lighting. When asked about it he said "I'm sorry I annoyed you" instead of offering to come back and fix it. I hope anyone else does not have this bad experience too! I'm only thankful I found out how bad he was before having him do more major work.

A great big thanks to Derek and the team at Ericson electric for respond quickly to repair electrical problems. They have done everything from wiring in our rental houses to fixing pedestals in our RV park. They are prompt and efficient, there positive attitudes make talking to them about electrical problems effortless. They take after hours calls for emergencies and I get one of the electricians and not a service. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

It took 2 months for them to schedule an estimate with me, and that was only after at the 2 month point I called them (for the third time) and threatened to go elsewhere if it wasn't scheduled that day. Then, when I got the estimate, it was more than twice the amount of one bid and 3 times the amount of the other. I'll never bother calling them again. I DO NOT recommend them.

I can not say enough about the amazing service provided by the electricians at Ericson Electric. Guy was super responsive, on the ball and arrived promptly with his assistant Jose. They both did a were really good natured and took the time to listen to our concerns and show us snaps of the job. I recommend them highly and will most certainly call them with any future jobs we have.
