Anita was extremely helpful and concerned with our satisfaction. Her attention was very much appreciated!

Great place. Worth the drive if you live in Springfield or Eugene. Anita is great. She got us a great deal on flooring which we found difficult to find because it was not the latest trend. There was no upselling. The carpet installer that came to our home was quick, clean, and professional.

Carpet Gallery offers competitive pricing and Anita was very helpful with finding the right color/style carpet for our bedrooms. The carpet installer was very professional and did a great job. Shop local!

Carpet Gallery was fantastic! I took them the work up of the area we wanted covered, they ran the numbers, got us the same carpet that was at Jerry’s for a fraction of the cost. They employed super solid carpet installation providers and we could not be more pleased with the outcome! Great prices, amazing communication, tons of patience and a great attitude. If you need carpet or any other kind of flooring, Carpet Gallery should be your first call (it’ll save you time).

I recently purchased flooring from the Carpet Gallery. I was so pleased with their competitive pricing and excellent customer service, I returned when it was time to purchase carpet. They have a vast selection, very competitive in price, and wonderful customer service and follow through. With potential delivery delays due to the pandemic, Anita kept me informed of the status. The installers were experienced professionals and efficient. I highly recommend them and would certainly return to Carpet Gallery the next time I need to purchase flooring.

We had the best experience with the Carpet Gallery. We received excellent customer service from Anita and had excellent work done. We needed to get our carpets stretched in a large playroom and the work was wonderful and the turnaround time was amazing. The installers sent to do the job were efficient and friendly. We also had several quotes before finding this local option and their pricing couldn't be beat! We will continue to use the Carpet Company for our future needs.

Love my new carpet. Anita and her crew where amazing. On time and very professional. She helped me pick a good carpet since we have animals and I couldn't be more happier with the choice. Highly recommend them if looking for good quality carpet. Thank you so much!!!
