John is a frikin Heat Pump genius. The install was so clean and such a high quality build on the plenum and ducting. Very happy we went with Montgomery.

Great on initial install... when an issue comes up... " as it will in sub zero or over 100" they were able to get out and fix it quickly even now with everyone else's customer service going down. Love these guys (and gals).

They worked us in when they were so busy. Cindy was great on the phone and tried to troubleshoot before sending someone out. John was quick to find and fix the problem. This company is awesome. They initially installed our heat pump, and have always followed up with great service. Also reasonable with pricing. Thank you!

Very impressed by the knowledge!! John came in and knew exactly what was wrong. Had the part in the truck and working perfect now. Great personality and very down to earth. He explained how the part worked. I highly recomend them!!

It as money well spent. Totally checked the whole system. Was without heat last night. This afternoon we have it all fixed. It's a 1970s electric furnace.

Update; I stopped by this morning at 8:00 and the door was unlocked and a very nice woman was sitting behind the desk. I asked her how often we’re supposed to get our heating/ac unit serviced. She explained to me that she was there early cleaning the office and that they didn’t open until 8:30. Oh I felt so bad, but she was very sweet and helped me anyway, even after I offered to go back. Very sweet!
I do highly recommend Montgomery Heating and Cooling. They are a locally owned business and very knowledgeable in their field. They’re all very, very kind as well! 20 stars if I could!
