Josh has done a couple jobs for my family, including replacing an electric water heater today. As always, he did an amazing job; he is very informative, polite and so friendly every time. We recommend All American Plumbing & Drain to anyone needing plumbing services whenever asked.

tl/dr: I can't recommend All American Plumbing and Drain highly enough and, in particular, Josh who works for them is absolutely AMAZING both as a skilled plumber and as a kind person.

Explanation for the above:
I hired a home inspector to do a routine, periodic inspection of my manufactured home. The inspector found a small water leak in the crawlspace under my home. I have a home warranty, so I called the warranty company to assign a plumber to fix the leak.
The first plumber assigned by the warranty company could not locate the leak. I had a photograph of the water in the crawlspace that the inspector took when he identified the leak, so I requested another plumber. The second plumber from the same company also could not find the leak.
Since I had photographic evidence that the leak existed, I insisted on another plumber coming to fix it. This time the warranty company hired All American Plumbing and Drain, and they sent Josh.
Josh found and fixed the plumbing leak on his first visit. I have had no further problems with the leak, at all, since he fixed it. However, in order to access the pipe that was leaking, Josh had to cut the vapor barrier that is underneath manufactured homes. Repairing this vapor barrier is outside the scope of a plumber's job.
Restoration of a repair site to a rough finish is included in my home warranty contract, so I contacted the home warranty company to assign a technician to repair the cut in the vapor barrier. The warranty company contacted All American Plumbing and Drain because they wanted them to repair the vapor barrier. Then the warranty company claimed the vapor barrier repair is not covered. Which is untrue, and I will be having words with them about that, but I digress.
In the interest of taking good care of their customers, Kevin at All American Plumbing and Drain spoke with Josh, who was kind enough to volunteer to repair the hole in the vapor barrier for me. Even though it was not his job to do so and the warranty company did not compensate them for this additional service.
I cannot thank All American Plumbing and Drain, and Josh in particular, enough for taking care of this for me. And with that sort of dedication to customer service and eye for detail on top of the technical skill that allowed Josh to find and fix a leak that two other plumbers couldn't even locate, I can unreservedly recommend All American Plumbing and Drain, and Josh in particular, for any plumbing needs.
