Constraction reviews in Keizer, Oregon

Professional service, expertise, great estimate with no surprises, and excellent communication. The team of Seferino and Maria is top notch and they did a great job on my yard, including weeding, total property cleanup, and sod installation. I am very pleased with the work and they are highly recommended!

Highly recommend! Seferino and Maria were so nice and easy to work with. I submitted an online request for a quote and they responded within a few hours. The next day, Serefino was at my house. He took the time to make sure he knew what I wanted and was very knowledgeable. Once I decided to have the work done, they scheduled me right away. Two days later, the work was done and it looks amazing. I am so happy with the whole experience and highly recommend Guzman Property Maintenace. I will definitely use them again!

I had a few months of deferred maintenance on a property I own in NE Salem, I reached out to the owners of Guzman Property Maintenance and I had an estimate for the work within hours, and they did a fantastic job getting the job done, cleaning up after themselves and being thorough in their work. I would 100% reccomend this company to anyone needing a great landscaping company.

I have had the team from Guzman's Property Maintenance out 3 times so far in the last few years for various projects, and they have gone above and beyond every time. They are quick to respond and communicate and have great follow through. Always make sure the job is done to my satisfaction as well. They are my go-to guys for the extra big projects that are too daunting for me to tackle alone, or because I lack the machinery to do properly. Highly recommend their services!

Seferino Guzman did an excellent job with our front yard. He was very quick to respond, & came out for a quote the next day, on a Sunday. He started the very next day, on Monday. He emailed me a professional, itemized invoice. He ripped out the wood chips on plastic, ground up a stump, and installed sod and roses. The white roses were hard to find because it was the end of the blooming season; but his kind, helpful wife hunted for enough white rose bushes at several nurseries, and came through for us! The whole job was finished in just two days!!! We are very pleased with his work, and his price was fair.

I am so grateful for Guzman Property Maintenance! Maria and Seferino have been more than helpful! My mom’s yard had become out of control with weeds and she couldn’t keep up. Within less than 24 hours, Seferino had the entire front and back yard cleaned up. It was such a huge stress relief for my mom. She enjoyed their service so much she plans to have Seferino out for monthly maintenance. The price was reasonable and the quality of work has been fantastic!

Really appreciate the cleanup they did of a horrible section of my yard! It had really gotten away from me, and now it looks so good I've scheduled an event for my garden club here. Sefarino went above and beyond in cutting back all along my creek front and raising up my very heavy birdbath onto blocks. Thanks so much!

Seferino and his team did an amazing job on our yard work they worked very hard to make our yard look in a lot better shape. I was really glad to see the Japanese maple tree to be trimmed and the nasty hedges out front to be gone. I can’t say enough about the new bark dust they laid down it just is overall amazing! The team was quick to respond do an estimate and get to work on my project. They were very caring and respectful! They also asked questions before doing some things! I would definitely recommend using this company and I’ll definitely be using them again thank you Maria, Seferino and the rest of the crew!

We highly recommend JR. and RP Construction and Excavating Services. I've attached pictures of our recently completed boulder wall. These terraced walls were to be attached to our house and we wanted them to be perfect and blend in perfectly with our existing landscaping and to create a whole new area of adjacent lawn. JR. was so skilled at moving and placing these huge basalt boulders, creating a true work of art. He did the excavation, drainage piping, rock work and grading and all exceeded our expectations. Easy to get along with, personable and he graciously adapted to my many design changes. Without a drawing or much of an idea what was in my head, he created exactly what we wanted. Can't say enough about how happy we are. What a breath of fresh air to find and work with a contractor of this caliber ...... and at a highly competitive price! We wish you all the success you deserve. Thanks again JR!

In March of 2024 I hired RP Construction to remove the grass from my front yard and to create a patio area. The work was done with both care and efficiency, and communication with regard to various changes was superb. Highly recommended.

Claudio and his team were excellent. On time, polite, professional and economic in their approach to the project. They all have a positive friendly attitude, and we could not be happier with their work!
They excavated and built a narrow stem wall for our remodel. It was Square and Level. We had them come back to excavate, form and pour and intricate ramp, which came out perfectly.
5 stars!

I have had the pleasure of working with Nosa Property Improvements for a number of months now for a number of their services. They have been extremely helpful, and the quality of work has been exceptional.

Very pleased with Nosa Asset Improvements
cleaning out our Garage of moving boxes at a very reasonable price.

The team did a fantastic job performing a massive fall yard cleanup. They were responsive and a pleasure to work with. I’m looking forward to using them on a monthly basis.

Our condominium HOA was concerned about the condition of one of the upper units that is currently Bank – owned and has been vacant for at least three years. NOSA Asset Improvement graciously and quickly responded to our request for access and inspection. It was a huge relief to see that they had done a stellar job winterizing the unit last fall and making sure there were no problems with water leaks.

Nosa contractor hired to empty a neighborhood house dumped a trailer load of clean-out debris from a different job on parking strip.

Showed up within half hr of promise time. Got it all cleaned up. Honored quote price. Solid guys. Nice job backing trailer in.

Great people great at what they do!

Have used Dan for a few projects and he rocks it! Fair prices for great work.

Dans the man when come to dirt work , professional and affordable, straight to the point .Thanks again

Dan was great. Lived up to name of company. He came up with a solution to a problem I was dealing with that was a fraction of the cost of reputable plumbing companies. He immediately understood where I was at in analyzing the problem as a cost -benefit analysis. I'd give six stars if allowed.
