Highly recommend! Seferino and Maria were so nice and easy to work with. I submitted an online request for a quote and they responded within a few hours. The next day, Serefino was at my house. He took the time to make sure he knew what I wanted and was very knowledgeable. Once I decided to have the work done, they scheduled me right away. Two days later, the work was done and it looks amazing. I am so happy with the whole experience and highly recommend Guzman Property Maintenace. I will definitely use them again!

I had a few months of deferred maintenance on a property I own in NE Salem, I reached out to the owners of Guzman Property Maintenance and I had an estimate for the work within hours, and they did a fantastic job getting the job done, cleaning up after themselves and being thorough in their work. I would 100% reccomend this company to anyone needing a great landscaping company.

I have had the team from Guzman's Property Maintenance out 3 times so far in the last few years for various projects, and they have gone above and beyond every time. They are quick to respond and communicate and have great follow through. Always make sure the job is done to my satisfaction as well. They are my go-to guys for the extra big projects that are too daunting for me to tackle alone, or because I lack the machinery to do properly. Highly recommend their services!

Seferino Guzman did an excellent job with our front yard. He was very quick to respond, & came out for a quote the next day, on a Sunday. He started the very next day, on Monday. He emailed me a professional, itemized invoice. He ripped out the wood chips on plastic, ground up a stump, and installed sod and roses. The white roses were hard to find because it was the end of the blooming season; but his kind, helpful wife hunted for enough white rose bushes at several nurseries, and came through for us! The whole job was finished in just two days!!! We are very pleased with his work, and his price was fair.

I am so grateful for Guzman Property Maintenance! Maria and Seferino have been more than helpful! My mom’s yard had become out of control with weeds and she couldn’t keep up. Within less than 24 hours, Seferino had the entire front and back yard cleaned up. It was such a huge stress relief for my mom. She enjoyed their service so much she plans to have Seferino out for monthly maintenance. The price was reasonable and the quality of work has been fantastic!

Really appreciate the cleanup they did of a horrible section of my yard! It had really gotten away from me, and now it looks so good I've scheduled an event for my garden club here. Seferino and his team did an amazing job on our yard work they worked very hard to make our yard look in a lot better shape. I was really glad to see the Japanese maple tree to be trimmed and the nasty hedges out front to be gone. I can’t say enough about the new bark dust they laid down it just is overall amazing! The team was quick to respond do an estimate and get to work on my project. They were very caring and respectful! They also asked questions before doing some things! I would definitely recommend using this company and I’ll definitely be using them again thank you Maria, Seferino and the rest of the crew!

Travis went above and beyond on our project. He added a wheel to a heavy, sagging gate. Due to unforeseen complications it took trying several different wheels before finding the right one for the job. He took extra time and effort to get it right. We will definitely be calling him for future projects.

We contracted Timber Ridge Remodeling LLC after reading many favorable reviews online. We were selling our house, and along with some caulking and other small jobs, we needed several walls patched and painted. Although the house would be empty, there was a tight schedule set to make sure we had it ready to sell on time.

Travis was quick to respond to our email and he gave us the option of an on-site or virtual estimate for the work. We greatly appreciated the flexibility to get a virtual quote through our photos and written descriptions, as we were busily packing for our move. Upon arrival, Travis assessed the original paint we had stored and noted that it had dried too much to use. He quickly assessed the situation and went to Sherman Williams, ensuring we had enough paint to complete the job. As it had been seven years since the walls had been painted, Travis made multiple passes to feather the color, so the new paint blended with the existing paint on the wall. Although there were additional materials to purchase and the job took more time than the original estimate (due to my underestimate), he did not gouge us for the labor. Over the span of three days, he completed the jobs at the house, working into the evening and around other people that were also supporting us, and closing the house each night. Travis had good communication with both my wife and myself via text, email and phone before, during, and after the project. We appreciate the work Travis did helping us getting our house ready to sell and I recommend Timber Ridge Remodeling LLC for projects big and small.

While they were taking care of another issue, I inquired if they would be willing to repair door trim that a friend‘s dog chewed up.

Without hesitation they were able to evaluate the damage and give me an on the spot assessment/quote for cost. The very next day they showed up and repaired the trim in record time and made it good as new at a more than fair price.

Would highly recommend Timber Ridge to anyone for their quality of work and timeliness.

Travis did an amazing job with our bathroom. We came up with a vision of how we wanted the bathroom to look and Travis made it happen. He took his time and made sure all the details were on point. When it came to the game plan, each day he showed up, he would do a walk through on what was next to get done and how long it would take him to do it. Travis had great communication with us throughout the entire project, and even when the project was done let us know if we spotted anything that was off he would come back and fix it. I’d say hands down best contractor we’ve ever had!
