Vaughn did a great job! Called on Monday and he was at our house by Wed. We are very new to this and wanted an electrical outlet outside. He really listened to what we were after, and gave great suggestions. His prices are very reasonable, and the work is A+.

Highly recommend Zap! Couldn't have had a better experience. Vaughn responded quickly, communicated well and fixed the problem quickly and affordably.

We would recommend Zap electric to everyone!! Our hot tub wasn't working and after two different hot tub companies coming out it still wasn't working. We called Vaughn and he was at our home within an hour and he knew right away what the problem was, and it was fixed in less than 20 min. He was awesome!! It's been 3 weeks now and it's still running great. Thank you, Rob & Angie

Zap Electric has taken care of us multiple times. They wired during the build and have helped us multiple times with other issues very knowledgeable and caring.

We needed to add a 30 amp circuit to our home. I received a quick return telephone call and a quote for our project. In a few days they arrived and we asked them to do more than what we discussed, or was previously quoted. My earlier conversation with Vaughn made me confident that our additions would be priced fairly, as was his original quote. An electrician and a helper arrived on time, were very professional and cleaned up after the project was completed. ZAP Electric provides prompt professional service at a fair price. I would definitely contact them again!

Over the past few months, Vaughn has provided me with superb and fast service with indoor electrical issues.
When I told him that I was purchasing a swim spa, he came out right away to get electrical as far done as he could before installation... Vaughn has been great at following up with me on when delivery of swim spa would be! He came right out to finish up electrical as soon as swim spa was delivered and when I got it filled up.
Thank you for everything Vaughn!
I highly recommend ZAP Electric!

Zap electric has been awesome to work with. Our family has worked with Zap electric on a couple of projects and they were easy to get a hold of, and attentive in providing the best service with great quality of work. Vaughn especially, went above and beyond in helping to work through the issue we encountered with PGE.
Thank you Zap Electric!

Vaughn does excellent work. He gave me a good bid for the work I needed done and on the day of service, showed up right on time, did the work quickly and efficiently, and exactly as we had discussed. He even noticed an additional item around the house that needed some minor electric work and was able to take care of it right then.

I will definitely be calling Zap Electric in the future.

ZAP has done two jobs for us. Back in June they installed a new outlet for our spa. While here they helped us adjust a step we built. Yesterday we had a new dryer delivered and the installers couldn’t finish up because it had the old range type plug-in. So while they were explaining this, I called ZAP again because we were so pleased by our first experience with them. The owner said he would try to get us help by the afternoon if he could. He was able to get Carlos out to us by mid afternoon and he instead the new plug and finished installation of our dryer. While here we asked if he could check out the cfgi plug-in on the deck and install one in the kitchen to replace the standard plug. He was happy to help us with this extra request.
They have been so helpful and I believe reasonably priced that I would recommend ZAP to my friends and family that needs electrical work done.

Zap has truly earned a 5 star rating. We have had them out multiple times. Recently we had an electrical issue and they came out right away, fixed the issue and we’re on their way within a couple hours of our call. Their communication is outstanding. I could not be a happier customer!

We have had Zap Electric at our house several times. The house turns 100 this year and some of the wiring is a bit dodgy. Fortunately, there is Zap. Vaughan and Dennis are great guys who are easy to work with and really know their stuff. They work fast, but are very thorough, and Zap's rates are reasonable. Here are some of the jobs they have done for us:
• Installed electrical portion of a mini-split A/C system
• Installed whole house surge suppressor
• Fitted house breaker panel with mini-breakers as it was completely full
• Replaced fluorescent light fixture over kitchen sink with LED
• Installed outdoor security light on garage exterior
• Installed dedicated guest bedroom heater circuit
• Fixed dangerously loose dining room chandelier which also had unsafe wiring, and repositioned it to our specifications
• Fixed several bathroom outlets and lighting fixtures which were starting to short-circuit
• Replaced dining room dimmer with newer dimmer which works much better
They also checked the wiring and power on some other outlets for us and did not try to sell us repairs or replacements which were not needed. They are professional, courteous and won’t leave until the job is done right.

Vaughn was great! I needed a new electrical panel put in and he came out and replaced it in no time. He even came back out when one of my lights in the garage wasn't working after the panel install. He fixed that AND my porch light that I couldn't figure out. Great attitude. Great service. Will definitely call Zap Electric for future electrical needs.

We had a power outage which resulted in half of our downstairs losing power for a few days. Vaughn was incredibly quick to respond to our need for an electrician. He showed up on time and wow! He found our problem and fixed it within 15 minutes. He was professional, clean, and incredibly knowledgeable. We are still amazed how quickly he was able to troubleshoot and diagnose our issue. We are so glad we found a reliable electrician for any future electrical needs. Thanks again, Vaughn and Zap!

The owner fixed the issue fast and was very affordable. From the time I first called him to the time he went to home. It was less than an hour. It was nice calling and having someone answer and not have to speak to an answering service that asked me a million questions.

Needed to upgrade/replace old electric panel on my parents home in Salem. Looked around and did some pricing research before, I found Vaughn on Google reviews and was very pleased that the 5 star ratings were correct. He has excellent customer service, calls back and schedules estimate right away without any pressure. He scheduled job right away after I approved it and was finished in short time. I will definitely call him again and highly recommend him on electrical work, fair, fast and courteous.

Needed a bit of work done on our new house. They came in and handled all issues very quickly, professionally and affordably. Both Vaughn and Diego did a great job and were happy to answer any questions I had. I will definitely be using Zap for any future electrical needs!

Requested quote for new hot tub electrical install. Received a call and scheduled a walk through within the hour. Had my quote at 6:30am the next morning with a tentative install for the following week. Prompt friendly service and the job was done in under 2 hours. Would definitely use Zap again! Thanks guys!

Absolutely my go-to! They did the wiring on our home addition and upgraded the electrical in our 1945 house. They definitely put their customers above profits. Vaughn would let us know where we could save some money and effort. You'll always get a straight, honest answer from Zap Electric.

I have called upon Zap Electric three times now to bail me out of predicaments. I have nothing but the best comments to make. Vaughn is very friendly, fair priced and exceptionally knowledgeable. I truly appreciate his latest quick response and solving our electrical problem. I definitely will be back in the future and I am happy to share this with friends.

Vaughn was great, did an amazing job, very professional, honest, and flexible . Good prices and gave great advice. Listened to my input. Was on time. Would highly recommend Zap Electric for any electrical project. He did electrical for our house addition plus installed an electric car charger in garage.

We were really impressed with Vaughn at Zap Electric. We had a dangerous issue where the electrical masthead was broken by a downed branch and Vaughn was responsive and did a great job on the repair. We also had him replace a bathroom fan vent at the same time. We'd recommend Zap Electric and will definitely use them again.
