Another fabulous maintenance visit from All Stars! They always are thorough and go the extra mile, it’s reassuring to know that any maintenance will prevent most problems and the techs will catch any problems early. I appreciate the no pressure options for upgrading the system too.

Had some AC maintenance done recently. Ryan Hall was super knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and was really friendly throughout. He even went out of his way to check on a few other things that weren’t part of the original issue. Air Stars made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Andrew Ashpole from Air Stars did maintenance check on my mini-splits this morning. He was professional, considerate, efficient, and personable. He gave me some tips that I will follow up on. The communication was excellent. In the ETA text sent, there was a link to a map that showed Andrew's progress on his way to my house, It was so cool! I also appreciated the Dispatch staff who scheduled the maintenance according to my preference.

Disappointing to have to cancel my service contract but after multiple cancellations on their part of my scheduled maintenance.being charged $350 for a tech to be onsite 20 minutes to install an 8’ duct. And having greasy handprints left on my newly painted ceiling after paying $500 over what I was quoted for a duct cleaning I get the feeling the dollar is more important than the customer. 7-8 year relationship down the drain. Steven taylor, as usual did an excellent job with supplying information about a new heating heat pump system for my son-in-law's home. Steven is both professional and friendly and loves his job. He made me feel very comfortable with the estimates he had supplied and we are actually taking advantage of his offer and having the installation done. Thanks again Steven.

The furnace technician who came to investigate our furnace issue was courteous and helpful. He diagnosed our issues and showed us the range of options available to us.
