Devin did a great job installing our new water heater. He responded very quickly, was punctual, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was installed safely and cleanly. The whole process was smooth, and he even took the time to explain how the system works.

He also recently installed a central AC unit for the entire house — it runs perfectly, and we've noticed our energy bills have gone down since. Highly recommend his work!

Nelke is very honest and professional. They saved me money the first time they came out and five years later I was just as satisfied with their services. One of the furnace parts that had to be replaced was faulty and so they came out a second time to replace it. No questions asked. I would highly recommend them

Devin and his crew did a great job of making my dead furnace problem go away. They also installed a new AC and figured out an alternative to getting more heat and AC to my second floor. They were fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them highly.

Great service, there is nothing worst than losing your heating during the winter in the Northwest. Well this happened at our household. I messaged Fernando and within seconds he answered with a solution I could try myself, that did not work, so he went out of his way to help my family and took the time to check our furnace, within minutes he had it working. They are definitely my heating and cooling people forever.

I, met Fernando, the owner of Arrows Home Air, LLC. at a Keizer Chamber greeters event. He gave me a good quote for a new HVAC system. He came over on our scheduled day to install and finished in one day. Great customer service and he answered all my questions. I highly recommend this business.

They did an amazing job. I couldn't be happier or recommend them enough. Our heater broke, we were cold, had 2 sick toddlers. They came out within the hour, discovered the problem, reviewed our options and helped us get a new heater in a timely manner.

They offered us space heaters for a few days until our new heater arrived. All of the people were on time and efficient and were very, very kind especially to the very curious kids that asked a million questions.

The went above and beyond to make sure we were warm and taken care of and I will be very happy to call them and refer them.

They truly have restored my faith in companies and customer service and feel very blessed by their service

Arrows home is AMAZING. Fernando made time in his BUSY schedule to take care of my families business last minute. It was in the 90s degrees outside and our AC started lagging. Fernando serviced our heat pump and did a fabulous job! He was thorough and knowledgeable ,explaining in detail how to get the most out of our heat pump. There is a noticable difference in our air conditioning. We will have him back to replace our ducts.

Fernando and his team did an excellent job on our gas furnace. He has a hardworking team behind him very professional. They had to replace my Furnace motor, did a thorough cleaning and got it all up & running. Fernando's charge was very competitive and fair, did not charge like the normal chain or franchise furnace cleaning & repair businesses.

We contacted Fernando to diagnose an issue with a furnace and he was able to respond quickly, find the problem, order the part and replace it right away. When it came time for a new AC install, he was able to get it scheduled fairly quickly.
He’s great to work with and we’ll continue to reach out to him for our HVAC needs.
