Reviews of local pros in Keizer, Oregon

I recently called Carl & Sons Plumbing & Gas to check out a leak in our kitchen faucet that was starting to damage the cabinet below the sink. The space under our farmhouse sink was really cramped, so it wasn’t easy for Nolan to reach everything he needed to replace the faucet. He clearly explained the whole process to me and answered all my questions before getting started. The old faucet was brass and stuck in place, so he had to carefully saw it off to remove it. The way the previous owners installed everything made it even trickier, since the base had to be cut just to get the sprayer out. But I felt confident the whole time because Nolan was so professional and friendly. The new faucet works perfectly and the area looks great! I’m very happy with the service and will be recommending this company to my friends and family. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

this fall i had a leak in my water pipes at home. my place in keizer is pretty old, about 71 years, and still had a lot of old galvanized plumbing. this was actually the second time i had a leak there. my old plumber stopped doing smaller repair jobs, so they sent me over to carl & sons plumbing & gas. when i called, geoffrey in customer service was really helpful. then braden came out and fixed the leak quickly and did a solid job. while he was there, he let me know that all those old galvanized pipes could be swapped out for new plastic piping, since the old ones were wearing out. john came by later to give me a quote, and i thought it was a good price so i went with it. a few days later, the crew showed up right on time and worked hard for the next four days to get everything done. everyone was friendly, polite, and always cleaned up before leaving each night. now my plumbing looks way better and i feel like my home is worth more, too. i’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing a plumber in keizer.

I had a fantastic experience with my plumbing installation today in Keizer. Nolan and John came out and took care of everything quickly—they replaced both the city-side and building water mains, installed a new water heater, and even fixed a small gas leak, all in just a few hours. They made sure my job was their main focus for the day, so I didn’t have to wait around at all. I feel like I got great value and high-quality work compared to other quotes I had gotten. Geoffrey, who first came by to give me the estimate, was also very helpful and professional. I highly recommend their plumbing services!

I called Carl & Sons Plumbing & Gas on a holiday afternoon, not really expecting anyone to be available. To my surprise, Nolan arrived at my home in Keizer within half an hour. He quickly found the issue with my sewer line, used a camera to inspect the pipe, and even provided clear footage showing exactly where the crack was. Nolan was professional, friendly, and really knew what he was doing. Now I have all the information I need to get my sewer line fixed properly. I highly recommend them for any sewer or plumbing issues.

Carl & Sons Plumbing & Gas did a fantastic job for us. We first called them to reinstall a toilet, and they were fast to fit us in and finished the work quickly. Recently, we noticed a pipe behind our shower wall that might have had a small leak. They were the fastest plumbing company to respond (we’re still waiting to hear back from another plumber), and the person who helped us schedule the appointment was very friendly and helpful. John and his partner came out, checked everything thoroughly, and took the time to explain how plumbing issues like this can happen. They showed us what to watch for and gave us tips to help avoid problems in the future. Both were extremely friendly and even took a moment to say hi to our dog! The visit was quick, and they made sure everything was handled properly. We also had them replace our water heater and fix a leaking outdoor hose bib. After getting three quotes, they offered the best price by a few hundred dollars. When we asked about water filtration systems, they gave us honest recommendations without trying to upsell us. We decided to wait on that, and we appreciated that they didn’t push us to buy something we weren’t ready for. Each time we’ve needed help with our plumbing in Keizer, they’ve been on time, communicated well, and done excellent work. We highly recommend them and will definitely call again for any future plumbing needs.

Very professional, prompt, great value added. Honest, efficient and clean. You will not regret hiring Lifeworks Plumbing. Your wallet thank you as well. 😁

Doesn't work on clogged drains. When I was speaking to who ever was dealing with the phones, they lost signal and wouldn't call me back, if we talked again it was because I called back. They were getting frustrated and came off rude because they couldn't hear me but I wasn't the one with bad reception, they had said they didn't have good reception. They didn't point me in the right direction for someone who could help me fix my problem. If you're looking for a simple plumbing problem to be fixed with great customer service, I don't recommend this place.

These guys are great plumbers. They were really clean and respectful of the property. They even swept and cleaned up after themselves. The work performed was excellent. I'm extremely happy. I will use them again for all plumbing needs.

We have used Lifeworks Plumbing twice now for different events. They have been prompt getting back to us and quickly getting our home back to normal. Thank you Jim and Dalton for your expertise. It is nice to know you are a phone call away.

Best Plumbing business in the Salem/Keizer area. As an older single homeowner, I trust that I am receiving the best resolution to my plumbing problems. And when I have had a plumbing problem, they came right away to help. I would hire this plumber again. Lifeworks Plumbing is the only plumbing company I would refer to friends and family.

Hands down the best plumber in Salem. Very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. They are a small family owned business and they are the best. If you need a plumber quick who has been doing this for years and know what they are doing Lifeworks plumbing is the best!! Highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

I couldn't be happier. I received a call back the same day I inquired. They were out quickly ( non-emergency ) As long as we had the water off, I had them do quite a number of odd jobs. I have an older house with galvanized pipes and they changed all of my angle stop valves and all of my hose bibs and a shower faucet. The hose bibs were so old, that this was a job WAY beyond my capabilities! They are knowledgeable, professional and kind people. I will be recommending them to my contactor and friends and neighbors! Thank you!!!!!!!

They were marvelous to work with and very timely in all aspects of the installation. I would highly recommend their services for any and all projects you may require.
