Rudy and his team at Reliance Painting were fantastic! Very professional, completed the job quickly and on budget. They also started and finished as planned.

This construction team has never let us down. We have had maintenance work, remodeling, etc done by Rudy and his team. They do not finish the job unless you are 100 percent satisfied. We had them build us a brand new master bedroom, master bathroom, new flooring in our family room, new railings for our stairwell, new paint, etc and they have never taken too long and always show up on time to the job. They even do excavation work for older homes. I can’t say enough about Rudy and the team. When we had a pipe burst last winter they handled so much for us, inches of water removed, flooring and plumbing redone plus drywall and paint. They did all this work in about 2 weeks because they showed up every single day on time. They did very good work to repair the whole disaster. Thank you Rudy and the team!

Top notch experience with Rudy and his team. They arrived on time each day, a nice big crew. Whole house was prepped and expertly painted within three days. Crew left area super clean, and they went through and checked for any touch ups before they left. I highly recommend this company!

We are so happy with the work of Reliance Painting and Maintenance LLC! Rudy and his team of expert painters turned our dull home into a beautiful perpetual sunset. They worked quickly but took painstaking care with their prep so that the finished job was absolutely perfect. They also painted our old deck, which we chose to do instead of staining it. They took extra time to ensure that the old lead paint was handled appropriately and we are grateful. Finally, they left no trace of any debris when they were done. We appreciated their professionalism greatly. As for cost, we felt the price they charged was fair for the amount of work involved with the project. The kicker? It only took less than three full days for them to prep and paint our 1,900 sq ft home.

We had good experience with Reliance Painting and Maintenance. Their crew was very professional. Rudy had a very good communication with us. Job was done in a very timely manner.. We had quite a bit of wood rot, and a corbels that had to be replaced they were all custom-made.Along with his Painting crew, he had a carpenters that was very professional and repaired everything that was rotten above and beyond satisfactory. Did a fantastic job in a full crew and on the last day, do not knock the house out in one day. We found some issues a few days later that we missed on our walk-through. Rudy sent a crew over to take care of it immediately we’re very happy with his work and the end product. I would recommend him to anyone and his price was very reasonable.
