They always say to support local services, but my previous experiences with local HVAC contractors were not great. One didn't even bother to assess the job before quoting me an exorbitant price, while the other one simply never showed up. So, I decided to reach out to Owen & Sons HVAC LLC, a company I had collaborated with on an HVAC project years ago. I gave them a call, and the very next day, they showed up to inspect the work that needed to be done. A quote was provided promptly, and in no time, they were onsite working on the project. Five hours later, the old system was out, and the new one was in - an impressive feat considering they also had to replace the floor underneath the furnace. I'm extremely pleased with the speed and quality of the work provided by Leonard, Zachary, and Dale. I highly recommend them!

Always outstanding heater repair service. They are comprehensive, productive, and ready to respond to any inquiries I had. My heater broke down recently, but luckily I have a backup heater, so it wasn't a crisis. I left a voicemail and they got back to me, confirming that I wasn't in a hurry and giving me a rough estimate of when leonard would come to fix it. On the following day, I received a call to confirm my appointment and was given a 30-minute timeframe for when leonard would arrive. leonard was very meticulous, explained what went wrong, what he was doing to repair my heater, and within 45 minutes it was functioning flawlessly. He also went over the other aspects he inspected to avoid any future problems, ensuring that my intake and output were clear. He was even kind enough to check my other heater, which I had a query about, and performed some maintenance on it to prevent potential issues in the future. I will always rely on their service for any heater related problems.

My excellent review is particularly for the task of swapping out the AC unit exhaust vent cap on a very steep high roof, coordinated and organized by Dale. The cap had deteriorated, permitting birds to enter, nest, and so on, resulting in a blockage. It was a bit strange that they were unable to unblock it themselves. I had to take care of the clog before they came, using my own AC vent cleaning equipment with extendable rods, which wasn't too difficult. Furthermore, I wish their routine AC maintenance service was more competitively priced. It's double what it ought to be, which is why I didn't hire them for that service. Nonetheless, they did an excellent job in Lake Oswego, replacing the exhaust vent cap on the AC unit.
