Terrible customer service tried applying to an apprenticeship Ashley is mean and went in person to the office and no one opened the door over all poor customer service and bad directions.

I’ve been around this organization for over 20 years and have the highest regards for it. From behind the scenes, to the teachers in the classrooms, I’ve found a solid history of integrity and dedication to the past, current and future trade professionals. Couldn’t recommend it higher.

Why is the old lady Marianne Carley so rude? She should be forced into retirement so someone who actually has a personality and is kind can do the job right. Because she obviously has a power trip and can’t do the job right. So let’s start doing the job right or get someone who can….

Josh and his teammate were so easy to work with. They clearly explained the procedure and were very professional and respectful. Alchemy Plumbing is my go to for my plumbing needs. Great company.

Disrespectful and loud while the residents were in the house, failed to respect the house leaving cabinets open and obstructing entrances and crawl spaces open after they left costing us extra heating money while leaving the washing machine unusable even after being asked to reconnect it and requiring a disabled fixed income person to go to the laundry mat. The estimate was for three days and they are scheduled for at least five. I would not allow these workers back in my house if I had a choice, I recommend picking a different company that respects residents and has clearer communication.

Fantastic outfit to work with regards to all plumbing needs. We have used the company in our residential plumbing needs through the years. Always have been timely, professional, and fair. We will use them again in the future when need arises.

Brody and Alex installed a new toilet in the master bathroom. They did an awesome job. On time, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. They reviewed every aspect of the job before starting the project. Also kept me appraised throughout the job. Everyone in the company has been great to work with and if I need a plumber in the future I will call Alchemy! I trust them to take good care of me. Thanks.

Brody was amazing. After the significant rain, my sump pump decided it was done. Brody was able to brave the cold (and wet) crawl space and replace the broken pump, get as much standing water out, and ensure that the issues were resolved. He was professional, easy to work with, and trusted with making it right. I will definately be using Alchemy again and can fully recommend Brody and team.

I received an incredibly large water bill, so I obviously had a water leak. I called Alchemy and Jeff Friberg arrived the same day. Incredibly polite, clean and professional service. Problem resolved. I will definitely use Alchemy for my future plumbing needs.

Alchemy plumbing came out and replaced our mainline that was leaking due to some large rocks. It was quite a job, but they were thorough and thoughtful throughout the whole process, they got the job done fast and at a super reasonable rate!

There is never a good time for your water heater to quit working but this really put us in a jam. I called in a panic. The dispatcher managed to find a crew that was finishing their last job early. They came out later that afternoon and replaced our 21-year old, leaking water heater. They did a great job. They took our distress seriously. I definitely would use their services again.
