Extremely well done, carpets looked new again. Even had a chair cleaned it turned out really well.

My 86 year old father needed someone to clean his home for him each week. Lacie has been taking care of his home for the last couple of years now. She does an amazing job, is pet friendly, and is very trustworthy. I highly recommend their services!

I needed a cleaning on short notice for company that was arriving on Monday and I had been out of town until Sunday. I have 4 cats and 2 dogs. My house is "hairy" and lived in. I received a call back that day and they were able to accommodate me the following morning. They did everything I asked for and then some. I have vaulted ceilings over a fireplace that I cannot reach and there were several cobwebs up there. They cleaned them all and I didn't even mention it to them. I told them to mostly focus on the bathroom and kitchen and living room. They did an excellent job. The cost was the exact amount quoted. They didn't touch anything they weren't supposed to and even my skeptical husband was impressed. I will definitely be using them again and I may even get lazier (if that's possible) and hire them on a regular basis!

Coats construction repaired a water main leak for me. The quality of the work was excellent! They did a timely & quality job, fixed another little problem that was found, cleaned up after themselves & left my property looking in a better condition than when they came. They scheduled me in as quickly as they could & the cost was very reasonable. If another project ever comes up again, Coats Construction will be my first & only call.,

they broke my stuff, used my stuff without asking and without putting it back. they turned water off to my place for two days without notice as well as shut the power off twice without notice

Beware, Beware, Beware!! This company is horrible. Their electricians seem incompetent. They failed inspection 3 times on my site and delayed my project. The electrical inspector said these electricians will be carded cuz the work was so bad he thought they might be unlicensed. When i contacted the owner there was NO apology just rude words and a condescending attitude! Go anywhere else or you will have problems.

I called several businesses in the Coos Bay North Bend area and either did not get call back for about 2 weeks, no return call and someone said he would show up and did not. Then I called CFE, who is actually closer to our place and Kurt came that same day to evaluate our situation and gave us an estimation of cost. We set a date, he applied for and submitted the required paperwork/permit without issue. My husband had everything setup and ready for the guys which helped with efficiency. The job took less time than they initially thought, so we were charged less than the original estimate. Additionally, our power had to be turned off to the house and the communication with Central Lincoln to turn it off then back on was excellent.

Hayden and Aaron hooked up my new tankless water heater and installed new breakers in the box. One of them had to crawl under my house to run special lines for the new heating system. Very professional and thoughtful guys! Highly recommend this company. Thanks, Chris!
