Plumbing reviews in Lebanon, Oregon

Scott came out on Thursday and gave me the bad news about my heat pump. Shain came out the next day, Friday, explained how things would be replaced, etc. Corey called Friday afternoon, confirmed the price and my heat pump was replaced the following Tuesday! Talk about excellent service! Everyone I dealt with was super nice and professional. The price was excellent, and Shain is a total asset to this company! He is so knowledgable, friendly, courteous and professional. I've been a customer for 20 years, will continue to be and recommend them to anyone! Thank you for helping me and your awesome service!

Zach B. and Lebanon Servco were a pleasure to work with. Their emergency response occurred without hesitation. Zach worked quickly and provided excellent information while resolving the drain pipe blockage somewhere under the slab foundation. I highly recommend them for any plumbing, heating or air conditioning issues. Jeff M

They did an amazing job for us a couple years ago... Dead of winter and our furnace went out.. they got the new furnace in ASAP, then did the Heat pump within a few days!

We had a mystery leak in our kitchen this week. This is never a happy discovery as a homeowner. My husband called Servco the next morning and - JOY! - they were able to come out that day. Zach B. and his co-worker (I forget his name, sorry! He got the "fun" job of crawling under the house 😬) did an excellent job tracking down the issue (a couple leaking pipes) and making the repairs. They were very professional, cordial and explained everything as they progressed through the troubleshooting and repair. The total cost was very reasonable. My husband and I definitely recommend them and will use them again if the need arises. 👍👍

These people are some of the nicest people I've ever met! I was in a very heart breaking spot and they helped me out. Im forever grateful to the love and respect i received from them. Thank you from bottom of my heart. I would recommend them for the best service in this town. You can't go wrong with them. They are real people not the fake people that seem to be all over. Keep up the positive business. You are amazing!
Thanks for all that you do!

Zach Birch is an amazing plumber that has always served me well, I cannot recommend him strongly enough. He’s knowledgeable and efficient. 5 stars does not seem a high enough rating for one such as him. 11/10, would recommend
