Really kind and knowledgeable folks. They gave us an information about some potential plumbing issues we may encounter. Instead of scaring us into a huge, expensive project they just said we should start saving and reassured us we can do this project in pieces and not to worry about it now. Most people try and get you with your emotions and have you worry but they put us at ease while also preparing us with some heavy news about our 25 year old plumbing. They were very helpful and professional. We’ll be happy to call them again.

I hired Levi to fix a leak coming from the upstairs shower into the kitchen downstairs. I was met with absolutely professionalism from the beginning. He communicated with me clearly and even explained to me several different options I had for repairs and what he recommended. Not once did I feel pressured into spending more money and not once was I unclear on how and why items were getting repaired. I received text messages reminding me of our appointment and once he was about 10 minutes away which was helpful in planning my day.

He didn’t leave a speck of dust behind when he came for the estimate or after he completed the repairs. He was extremely pleasant to have around and even gave my dog some affection! The whole time he was in my house it felt more like a trustworthy life long friend than it did a plumber I hired. I would and have HIGHLY recommended him to everyone I know. Levi and his team were both personable and professional, took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, and exceeded my expectations instead of my budget with their work. They were also incredibly courteous of the other workers on the project, and their equipment/transportation all seemed very top notch and well kept. Benchmark Plumbing put in a new bathroom sink for us. We have really old plumbing so I was not going to tackle this myself. From the moment Travis and Ryan walked up to our front door till they drove away they were professional.
