No callbacks, no issues with inspections - just solid work every time. My HVAC needed servicing. The company that installed my furnace informed me they no longer serviced our area. The original company was meant to get back to me, but did not. I saw a local ad for Wilson River Electric LLC and called. Winter is upon us! Mike(electrician) gave me Billy’s #(HVAC) and he assessed my furnace quickly and discovered more than just cleaning/servicing maintenance. It’s Thanksgiving week. He ordered the motor-still barely under warranty and installed it plus maintenance 11/28-the day after Thanksgiving. He explained everything to me and is doing a follow-up tiny fix. They will be back in the Spring to service my AC. Communication and punctuality were 5 stars.

Takes a while to get things done. They are very good at what they do though. Knowledge of permits and codes for repairs is great. Coordination with PGE and City of Hillsboro for shortest down time on my electricity was awesome. Thanks Dakota and Mike.

I have nothing but good things to say about Wilson River Electric, starting with my original conversation with owner, Mike. I needed a new circuit put in, which required some interesting maneuvering since I have a house with 2 garages, one on each side of the main entrance. Mike took the time to look at what the project would require and then explained the process. Before work began I actually asked for a higher amp circuit and Mike was immediately accommodating. Dakota and Justin were the two guys who did the job and they were great: prompt, professional, and very pleasant. They worked well together and finished the job quicker than I expected. They were very respectful and picked up after themselves, leaving things neat and clean. I'm thrilled to have the new circuit in and at a cost that was fair. All of that makes it easy to recommend them highly!
