They took a little time getting back to me. When they did they were very professional and did a good job of handling what I called them for.

Called on a Saturday at 4:00AM, as they said 24 hour Emergency Service. Message said they would return all calls in 24 hours. No call back until Monday at around Noon. Had to call other Plumbing Company, who responded in4 hours!

I have had several plumbing jobs that Kevin and Brody have done for me. They are professional and did great work.

I left a review on Viking plumbing in Florence Oregon. Not sure if that is the same owner as this one. THIS is the company I used. Excellent service.

Reliable, professional and efficient. Repaired our well pump and replaced float for our reservoir tank. 2 different service calls, same satisfied result.

Our pump went out and Kevin and his crew were here the next morning, went right to work had the whole system replaced in just a few hours. It is so great to have our water back. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

What a treat to deal with a plumber that is prompt, professional and polite! We were in desperate need of a plumber ( having had a difficult time getting one to show up or return messages) and within 24 hours of initial contact, the job is done. They came, ran the lines, attached everything, cleaned up and the world is right again. Highly recommend Viking Plumbing for your Reedsport plumbing needs.

Called on a Monday, left 2 separate messages. Their voicemail promises a call back in 24 hours unless it's the weekend then they will return your call first thing Monday. Well, that's not what happened. They took a week to return my call. By that time a reliable plumber, Harrison Plumbing, had already come out and fixed my problem. I will not be calling Viking ever again.

I recently had a brand new hot water heater installed, still under warranty, hasn't worked since day one. It will not stay lit and it keeps having large explosions! I've called numerous times left messages finally got one returned after leaving a not-so-nice voicemail. They came out, looked at it, said if it didn't work in an hour or so to let them know they would come out the next day. I have not heard back, they will not return my messages once again! So I have no hot water and no hot water heater! Blue gas came out for another issue and so I have them look at it. They said it look like it needed a new flint and that it was dangerous to run so they shut it off and told me to call Viking plumbing and tell them that. I did and still no return call. So my rating of this business is not very high!

Abby was prompt at returning our call and a delight to speak with.
Kevin the tech was professional and knowledgeable and knew immediately the problem and fixed it in a snap.
