This firm was fantastic a few years ago when they installed a dedicated line to a new furnace - but tried them recently and they are horrible! They sent a kid who looked to be 16 yrs old, he spent 15 minutes at my home and said he could not find the reason for circuit to be out & left. Waited all day for mgr to call me - no call - called him just before 5 pm and he said there would be no charge & to call when I could gut the house and replace all the wiring! Then bill arrived for about 4180 - then the office mgr called repeatedly to see if the kid left his tools. Incredible! They guy they had yrs ago was wonderful - all gone!
