I was in need of a second estimate at my older home for some electrical work. Merv came and did a thorough evaluation and let me know that no actual work was needed at this time. I appreciated his honesty and integrity. I will definitely reach out to Nice Electric again when I’m ready to pursue some projects and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Nice Electric lives up their name, everyone is so nice from the office to the on site teams. We are contractors remodeling our own personal home in McMinnville. Nice Electric's workmanship was top notch! We are verry satisfied and will use them again!

We lost PGE power and found that our emergency generator wasn't working properly, called Nice at 7:15am they had an electrician at our house by 8am and fixed the problem with our generator by 8:30am. Will never use anyone else!

Dalton, Nice Electric's low voltage specialist, guided us through the process of deciding what type of sound, security, lighting and connectivity would create the atmosphere we wanted in our new home and customized it to our needs. He is meticulous, technically skilled and really listens to what you want. Most importantly, when the job is finished, he continues to provide support and clear explanations, as we become familiar with the system. Highly recommend Dalton and Nice Electric!

My work installed electronic keyless entry and Dalton was the installer. He came out and was very professional and pleasant. Over the course of a few months, we had an issue of it working sporadically, Dalton was very responsive and stayed on top of the issue until it was resolved. Thank you Dalton!

Called Nice Electric Co after we blew two GFI circuits and couldn’t reset them ourselves. Not only did I get a trouble-shooting call from Merv Zook a couple of days BEFORE the scheduled appointment, but when he couldn’t resolve it over the phone he came later that day and had the two circuits up and running in less than thirty minutes and for a VERY reasonable rate. So we got a very satisfactory solution sooner than scheduled, in a half hour and for a price we were very happy with. Highly recommended!

Had a somewhat emergency and they were able to get me in next day! Others said 2-3 weeks, even for an emergency. Super speedy, very professional. I am very happy with their service. I will be calling them to schedule a quote for the other work we want done.

Installed new LED light panels in kitchen to replace old florescent tubes; also added dimmer switches. Install was a challenge, but Mike was a true professional! Excellent work. Will definitely hire in future!

Dalton at Nice Electric has been super easy to work with. I’m not that technical and he has easily been able to explain all my options.
So far he has installed a centrally monitored security alarm with smoke detectors & later I had him do outside security cameras.

He is now helping me with a simple yo use alert system for my elderly mother.

Overtime, a couple of the things have needed attention and he zips over and tweaks them.

They aren't interested in new business

I can not recommend these folks after using them on my addition of 1000 square feet

We have a job set. They missed the days they appointed. Now their attitude is their words “we will work you in when we can”. It’s over 3000.00 job. I am not impressed. Don’t recommend them.

I called on two separate occasions, a week apart. It has been two weeks since my last call. Both times I spoke with a woman in the office. She took all my info, and said someone would call.

No one has called.

Edit: Called again last week. Same exact experience. These people do not call.

We contacted Nice they came out. The electrician called back with a plan and said someone would contact us. No one called and we made a call and the person answering said she would talk to the guys and get back. We left 2 messages with no responses. We decided they did not want our business and called someone else. Nice responded and said good for us that we took care of it. No apology nor did we understand their response.
