Great guy, called to get a quote because I was unsure how to do the job. He simply explained it and said he would lend a hand if needed or call back for any questions.

Extremely professional and although he wasn't able to solve our problem, he referred us to someone who could.

Jay brought his expertise and in a kind and careful and calm manner went about diagnosing our issue. I was so anxious and had had a sleepless night previously, due to having to shut off our water at the main curbside valve in order to stop a loud dangerous sounding hum noise that had begun that night. Turning off all electric didn’t stop the hum but turning off the water did. I was frightened of something serious going on. Jay diagnosed that we had no leaks or issues other than some air built up in pipes which released with turning on the outside faucet a bit. Jay was so kind and calm and knowledgeable through the whole process and I was so grateful to find out nothing was wrong with our plumbing. And he educated us with helpful information, too. I highly recommend J & A Plumbing Services LLC.

J&A plumbing responded quickly to my request for service. Jay was courteous& knowledgeable. He gave an accurate estimate & the cost was very reasonable. Jay did what needed to be done very efficiently. I highly recommend J&A Plumbing & would not hesitate calling Jay again.

Unlike some of the other plumbers in town, J&A Plumbing didn't require me to have a credit card just to make an appointment. As a Manager of property, I didn't want to use my personal CC just for an appointment. He was able to get with my renter on their time and fix the issue without any real problems. He gave them some great advise to help minimize future issues. And seem like a well rounding guy to deal with.

J&A plumbing recently installed my dishwasher & hot water tank. A little background: My insurance company was being very difficult & I had been without hot water, a stove & a dishwasher for 3 weeks before I was referred to J & A. Jay was honest, straightforward and went above & beyond to make sure that I would have hot water before he left. He was true to his word, staying until nearly midnight to complete the install. I've already scheduled another appointment with him to work on the plumbing underneath my kitchen sink. I am confident to say that I no longer need to shop for plumbing bids, he's the only plumber & handyman I'll ever use.

Jay was very good at communicating on his arrival. I called him on a Saturday afternoon and he came the same day. We had a very difficult kitchen sink that I was having issues on removing, he came in and was able to get it to the point where I could get it out and instead of wasting my time and money on finishing the removal he offered to leave his tools with me and gave me the advice how to finish removing the sink. He also left me a gasket and told me how to fix a leaky valve.
Highly recommend.

Jay was great! We have now used J&A twice and are so happy to have found them. Both visits were for leak emergencies and he went out of his way to get there quickly and get the job done right. Highly recommend him for any and all plumbing needs.

Jay was great! I clogged my garbage disposal today (Saturday) and called Jay and he was able to come by at about 6:30pm the same evening and snake the line as well as clean out the pipe. He was very knowledgeable and I was so grateful he was able to take care of my clog the same day! I highly recommend Jay of J&A Plumbing Service
