Our Condo association hired this company to do a straight forward re-roof of our 39 unit carport. They started on it in May and are still working on it!
They are very creative in their excuses for dragging out this job. We obviously don’t rank high on their project list. -

We selected Woodstock Construction among three contenders to carry out essential repairs on our 39-space condominium carport. Despite the challenges posed by this summer's extreme heat, an unusual number of rainy days, and supply chain disruptions, their team worked diligently and achieved outstanding results. The company's professionalism shone through in every aspect of their work. The regular OAC meetings and updates were particularly valuable. By using the finest structural and waterproofing materials available, they managed to reduce costs. I am assured that our carport, constructed in the mid-1960s with a flat roof and multiple sections, is now well-equipped to withstand the most intense rainfall that Oregon's weather can deliver.
