Amazing service and support from a housekeeping service over 2 decades in business.

I was extremely displeased with the service I received. If I could rate negative stars I would. I paid for a deep cleaning. I am selling my house and needed it to shine for prospective buyers. I put no money or time constraints on the service and said i'd willingly pay for as much time was needed. I said 6 hours as the home is larger, we have kids and both of us work fulltime. I knew it needed a lot.

The very basic things were not done. The coffee table wasn't wiped or moved to vacuum under it. The kitchen mat wasn't picked up to clean under. One of the toilets wasn't cleaned and the entire downstairs had visible dirt on the floors, i'm pretty sure it was completely skipped. I could go on and on.

I called to say how displeased I was and never received a follow up call. No attempt to make it right, offer an apology or god forbid , a refund.

Used Toria’s for a deep clean and left a list, it was well done.
At the beginning of this year I decided to go with a regular bi-weekly clean, Yes there has been a couple of problems but they have been dealt with quickly and professionally. I would recommend them to a friend :)

If I could give this less than a 1 star I would. I needed someone to come and help to clean a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment . I informed Toria that I had a new roommate and had switched rooms and that whoever came to clean needed to be willing and understand that it was a move so there was gonna be a lot of stuff. I made sure they were aware that this was not going to be a light job and wanted to make sure this was ok to which the owner informed me that it was.
It was an extensive cleaning job that was for 5 hours and I was more than happy to pay for what I thought to be a little bit of a higher rate. I was also looking to have her come back once per week.
The housekeeper Alysha after walking her through the house and giving her a run down called me after 4 hours of doing the absolute bare minimum and said she found a personal item and she was not comfortable making my bed and that she didn't know what to do. She didn't finish cleaning the bathroom, didn't finish or even start folding the laundry, and hadn't even started the living room or the trash.
When you are cleaning someones home you are going to find personal items and documents but a professional would have just went to the next task. However the problem was that she thought she was just gonna move a few things around and vacuum and was not prepared to have to actually do the work. I will never use this company again and would highly encourage against them.
To make matters worse I was unable to get ahold of Toria afterwards.

Truly pathetic.

I've used torias for the last 3-4 years off an on anytime we live in the pdx area and am surprised by the negative reviews. I've had very good experience with Torias satff. The one time the house cleaner was quite slow compared to my first lady who had moved away, they just switch me to someone new (sabrina) and she was great. I like that I can leave a list of tip prioroties for the 3 hrs max allotted and know I'll pay what I expect and not any more.

I have never used a housekeeping/house cleaning service until today. Very pleased with the manager Paula for clear communication, and with Toria's cleaning person, Sabrina, who attended to our move-out cleaning needs. Sabrina's pleasant and professional approach was reassuring. I have no complaints, would use Toria's Housekeeping again - I would ask for Sabrina.

I've been using Toria's for years. I appreciate the price, flexibility, and quality. You provide your own cleaning products, so you get to choose what products are being used in your home. Megan is really thorough and has been great to work with!

After we put our sweet boy Cat on a diet, he decided to pee all over our carpet downstairs. I attempted to use chemicals in a rental wet vac from Home Depot, but then it smelled even worse so I called these guys and he came in with a chemical kit and did an assessment measured the pH of the urine so he knows the quantity and type of chemicals used to clean. It came in. Did the job in about an hour and a half clean my whole carpet can’t smell it anymore in the room. I can’t believe he got it out. Amazing. Highly recommended, easy to work with great deal.

He came back twice to spot clean (no extra charge) and now it’s PERFECT. We can use our media room and don’t have to replace the carpet.

This business takes care of its customers and goes above and beyond. If you are looking for a cleaner, look no further.

Excellent service. Two persistent stains (an ink stain and a pet stain) are now gone. My apartment has a nice clean and fresh smell when I walk in now. The owner was tidy, efficient and friendly. Definitely recommend.
