Myles O'Donnell did a fantastic job on the windows in my home. They were extremely detail oriented and took their time cleaning. For the amount of time they spent, I was amazed at how affordable it was. The owner, Patrick, was even kind enough to come to the house at a later time to clean some difficult water stain spots. He brought a special solution and, after some effort, the window was perfect! I highly recommend Myles O'Donnell for any of your cleaning projects!

We have been customers with Myles O'Donnell for several years. Their service get's the bulk of the job done but, what we receive wouldn't be acceptable in a Class A office space. Our sales rep puts a nice package together but, the field personnel leave the services less than complete. The inconsistent service is becoming too consistent.

Myles O'Donnell & Co. won my favor to clean the carpet of my company's downtown office suite versus three other commercial cleaning services, and I am pleased with my choice. I would hire them again for carpet cleaning or happily try their other services for our office.

I initially reached out on a Friday to schedule estimates on the job, which covered over 5000 square feet. The carpet had not been cleaned since 2015 and we gave short notice with only a couple of weeks to complete the work as we were scheduling it between sessions of moving furniture out and back in. I left a voice message, then received a call back from Krystle the same day to let me know that I would receive a call the following Monday from someone else to schedule a visit for the estimate. As it turned out, I did not hear until the following Thursday, after I had already written them off; but as I spoke to Patrick - the owner and successor to his founding family member, no less - he was able to see me the same day.

Patrick impressed me over the other estimators because he offered ideas to extend the life of the carpet as well as discussed details of various options for the carpet cleaning methods. He was friendly and professional, and I appreciated that he gave detailed information while going over the job with me. It was apparent to me that he had a wealth of experience and knew his subject well.

While I explained to Patrick that we were on a short deadline, he didn't know if they could fit us in around the other work they had scheduled. But Krystle, the company administrator, worked with me and the cleaning technician to find a couple of days that worked, and the job was fully completed over a Friday and a Monday, in good time for the carpet to dry before our furniture was moved in. Not only that, but Patrick returned later to treat a few stubborn spots and made them look much better.

Our cleaning technician, Joe, was friendly and professional as well, and pleasant to work with.

Our invoice came in below the initial estimate because the job took less time than expected, and our carpet looks so much better. I am glad I chose this locally owned, family-owned company for their good service and excellent work.

I have nothing but great experiences with Myles O'Donnell. They are very dependable, thorough, and trustworthy which is exactly what we are looking for in a janitorial service.

We had an incident in our office last month where there was a pipe leak over the weekend. It was not noticed until the cleaner from Myles O'Donnell came in for the weekly cleaning. They went above and beyond to mitigate the leak and prevent additional damage. They immediately contacted us and helped us get on top of the issue which ultimately saved us thousands of dollars. I cannot recommend this company and service enough.

Patrick and his team did an excellent job cleaning my roof and gutters/downspouts at my rental property in SW Portland. They were very communicative and professional when working through my property manager to schedule the work, completed everything I asked on time and below budget, and left no trace behind. I am so glad to have found them as that particular house needs roof/gutter clean-out at least twice a year. I have them on speed dial now, thank you Myles O'Donnell and Co!

Just had Myles O'Donnell out to clean our company's carpets. They look so much better, if only the before / after pictures really captured the difference.

Myles O'Donnell and Co. has been our cleaning team for the last 18 months. They have been so easy to work with for a few reasons:
1- They communicate regularly with us about everything. (Krystle is amazing!)
2- Their service is competitively priced.
3- Their staff is professional and more importantly, they are nice people!
4- When I need something I hear back quickly usually with an in person visit from Patrick and/or Erik. Their in person touch makes a huge difference to me.
5- They are owned by a local family whose been doing this for several generations.

These are just a few reasons why we will continue to have Myles O'Donnell and Co. be our preferred provider in cleaning and janitorial services.
