Had water leak somewhere between meter and house. Big one. Called Paul Advanced Leak Detection Wed. 6-1-22. He returned my call later in the day. Scheduled appt. for Thur. 6-2-22 2 pm. He was right on time. Within an hour and a half he isolated it. Pin point accuracy right near the foundation. Blue Flag Marks the Spot. What a great guy! Old school, real service! Called in a panic because of a leak that was causing our water meter to spin. Plumber couldn't confirm the location, though he had a hunch. Paul showed up the next day, completely friendly and professional and located the line break. Repairs starting soon. I had great confidence in him from the moment we met.

Paul was professional and did a marvelous job finding a leak on a private street, complicated problem. He pinpointed the leak in less than 2 hours on a very long line with numerous shutoffs. I was impressed with his problem solving skills and ability to keep us informed of the rational for the various tests. I would recommend him highly.

I don't think I have enough positive words to use when speaking about Paul (the owner). We had been dealing with a leak that we paid a different locator to find, unfortunately they did not and after digging up our entire garage floor we called Advanced Leak Detection. Paul returned my call and was able to schedule us for the next day. Paul arrived on time and was extremely friendly, seemed very knowledgeable and got to work right away. He explained every step so we could feel at ease. After some time, he was able to locate the leak and explained what our next steps should be. When we dug up the concrete and got to the leak, he was within 6" of where he thought it would be. We were so appreciative of his expertise. We would recommend Paul's company over and over again. Joe is a seasoned and highly professional plumber, as well as a genuinely friendly person. He replaced our washer fixture and some outdated copper pipes in our basement for a very fair price. For years we also lived with noisy & leaky outdoor faucets; Joe fixed the problem in just a few minutes. HIGHLY recommended!

I would highly recommend working with Joe! I was dealing with a stressful leak situation, and he was able to get out quickly to assess the situation and was in the next morning to replace my faulty shower valve. He explained everything to me thoroughly and patiently, which gave me peace of mind that I understood the situation, that it was correctly fixed, and that I had gotten a good deal for the very high-quality work he was performing. I had a plumber out to add an ice maker pipe in for my fridge. They gave me a firm price structure over the phone and the actual cost was less than they were estimating over the phone. The installation was easier than most the plumber told me, none the less I was impressed with the service I received and will be calling them again if I need anymore plumbing services.
