Constraction reviews in Molalla, Oregon

Marco worked tirelessly to deliver an outstanding exterior paint job on my townhome. Marco is a true craftsman who delivers very professional results. A great pleasure to work with. I would definitely plan to use his services again.

I am incredibly pleased with the work done. Marco and his team went above and beyond with painting my house. They are extremely detailed! They communicated throughout the job at every step and were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them!!

I just had my exterior home painted by Marco. He did a fantastic job! He caulked the whole house prior to painting. I also had him clean the moss off my roof, power wash my driveway and patio, and sand and stain the deck rail. He even power washed under my second story deck. His eye for detail is amazing. He does an outstanding job. He certainly knows this business and his results show it. I am so pleased with the paint job. Thanks Marco for caring about doing a good job! I wouldn't hesitate hiring Marco!

Marco and his son just finished work on two houses for us. They replaced wood paneling with drywall. Textured and painted the walls. Installed bee windows and a sliding door. Painted walls and cabinets. They were prompt and responsive to questions. Their attention to detail was great. I’ve added some before and after photos. The transformation was amazing!

Marco was absolutely fantastic! My walls looked so new, I thought I was hallucinating??? And he also completed a lot of other random odd jobs and saved me so much time trying to find someone to do it all! Five stars isn't enough, so here's one more ⭐️

Marco was amazing to work with! He is extremely detailed and produces high quality work that will last. He was so easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and stayed on track with his timeline. After seeing how great he is, my next door neighbor hired him for similar repairs and he began work with them right away! I am incredibly happy with the result and would recommend him for any project, big or small.

Marco and his son painted our entire home interior. They did an amazing job! Great communication and incredibly nice people to work with! They did a good job prepping us on what they would be doing each day and what they completed at the end of the day. Their attention to detail was amazing and they were very focused on ensuring we were happy with all of the work! They even finished the job early and we couldn’t be happier. If we ever have more painting or anyone needs a recommendation we will be using them again!

Marco did a fantastic job on painting the interior of our home! We had several cracks that needed repair which he gladly took care of. We are so pleased with the results, we will have him come back for future projects!

Excellent Construction Company.

Very impressed with the knowledge of the folks who work here. Very kind and they do great work!

Did an amazing job, kept us informed and very detail oriented. Highly recommend

They wanted $125 an hour with a 4 hour minimum just to come bid a local job. I repeat, $500 to come give me a bid. What a joke!

The people at Cascade NW are reliably helpful and friendly. I trust them completely and enjoy being around them.

Did a great job on our remodel. All the staff was professional and cleaned the site every day. Communicated very well with the progress and timeline of our job.

Five Star Contractor! One phone call. We needed help after our house fire. Andy and his crew have done an amazing job taking care of us.

Very professional, prompt and reliable, Cascade Northwest is a superior consultant to our firm and continues to provide us with the services we need when we need them.

I would highly recommend Cascade NW. Their team was very professional, on-time every morning, and had fantastic communication throughout my entire project. I will be using them for all my home projects.

Cascade did an excellent job of installing our windows and conducting a recent warranty review. Very professional company!

By far the best construction company I have ever worked with. I have worked with Cascade NW on commercial renovation projects and used them to build a new home for my family. Extremely knowledgable, professional and skilled. Top notch all around!

First contacted for endless pool rear in August. Did not get repar proposal until early October because being sent to wrong email. Still not completed end of November. After a wait. Andy the owner got directly involved and things started to happen. Andy explained that Endless Pools was slow on getting quotes for parts and that was part of the delays. Andy made things happen and the only works fine. The young repairman Sean was very helpful.

Every construction project has its issues. Ours certainly did almost 3 years ago. We own a house from 1908, and we had an architect who made the project a lot harder for all involved. Thankfully, we hired Cascade NW as our contractor, and Andy, the owner, came through for us. He certainly runs his company with integrity, and he was open with us when there were issues that we would not have known about. He worked with us in a professional manner when the unexpected arose, and we trusted the employees he had on site. Things weren’t perfect because that isn’t how renovations work. However, I am glad we hired Cascade NW and have been enjoying living in our nicely renovated house during this quarantine.
